Great service! I have been using the company for years. I don’t think I ever waited longer than 20 minutes for shared transfer to Negril. Very professional, safe drivers will get you to Negril and back to the airport without any issues. Always on time when going back to the airport. Highly recommended! Thank you for your service!

I was very thankful for this round trip to Negril with Ricardo S - he was amazing!!!! Firstly, we appreciated all of the history and information about the different parishes in Jamaica. He was so kind and friendly with us the entire ride. Even though the ride was extremely bumpy, he tried to make the best of it. He is funny and very relatable and made the 1.5 hour trip a smooth one. Thanks for all the tips and advice on our trip and we hope to see him again soon!

Amazing! A private car showed up for us at our hotel with one other guest from a neighboring resort for our trip to the airport. Bernard was such a delight. Warm friendly and full on information about Jamaica. He pointed out all the historical sites on our way which was an unexpected treat for us. Was by far a better (and less expensive) airport shuttle rode compared to what the resort offered.

I had to pay an extra 140 to get to Ocho Rios I was told it would be Margaret Tours and when they arrived they said it costs 280 more I wasn’t willing to pay that so I paid for her just to drive me there

Good but a bit confusing

All was good and the ground staff were very accommodating. The driver was excellent My only issue is the we booked with Viator, but the ground company was Nexus with no signage to help. Without the Club Mobay staff, I would not have found the Viator agent at the airport

I was happy with my arrival transfer at Montego Bay airport. They were fast and efficient. They gave me a time for my pickup from hotel for my departure from Jamaica and gave me a contact, Omar, that would help with my needs. However, when it came to departure day and my flight changed time, I could not get ahold of Omar. I had to book an expensive taxi separately. Omar finally reached out hours later after I had already arrived to airport and he didn’t seem to know I was supposed to depart that day. Very disappointed that the round trip aspect got lost.

Horrible experience. No one from Holiday Travel or Viator are on the same page. I was told round-trip was available for my destination and was charged an additional amount to book the destination plus tried on multiple occasions to confirm pickup and still no answer on my departure day. No seems to know nothing and more money is being spent out my pocket smh. Just pure unorganized mess.

The point person outside of the airport was extremely unprofessional and rude. Our driver to the resort was amazing, but having to wait for additional planes to land, is ridiculous. We opted into using our resorts transportation back to the airport, instead. I would not recommend.

When we got to the airport they made us wait almost an hour to leave to wait on other passengers from other incoming planes that landed after us. We stood out in the hot sun for 20 minutes just waiting to get on the bus to go to the hotel. They finally let us on after my husband complained.

The driver was nice .. I have booked with Holiday service previously and usually have good experience but not this time. The airport wasn’t busy at all, I’m use to waiting on other passengers but that van was full and sat at the airport for additional 45 minutes. I reached out to the operator and they basically said I should’ve booked a private driver. Even when the airport is busy , I never had to wait this long. After standing outside and talking to his buddies, the driver eventually came back without any passengers and we left. So basically we waited for nothing. Landed at 1, got to condo around 6. The operator also said delay was due to rain but I seen several other vans leave with their passenger. This probably be the last time booking with holiday service. I would like for people to care about my time and like to enjoy my vacation..

not the worst, but not the best and I wouldn’t book again

I missed my flight because the driver was over 30 minutes late.I also missed my return flight to the U.S. When I called to confirm my pickup time, they didn’t answer the phone until after my scheduled pickup time had passed. I received a message via the app just before my pickup time, informing me that I was supposed to leave at 9 AM, which was not what I requested. Additionally, the shuttle bus picked up several other passengers before reaching the airport, and we had to drop off multiple people along the way, which I was not informed about. Overall, all of our pickups were late.

Make Sure To Get Details Early

I purchased the roundtrip ticket. It was easy getting to my hotel from the airport; however, trying to get information on the return was very difficult. I had to call and message both the vendor and Viator several times to find out my departure time. The style of bus that dropped us off was not the same as the “van”that arrived to pick us up. We were so confused as there we several vans for pick ups but no drivers announced who they were there to pick up. We finally found a driver who would take us to the airport. When we finally spoke to the driver, he didn’t have my friends on the list who had also purchased roundtrip tickets. Luckily, the driver was nice and allowed them to travel. He is the reason I gave the 3 rating because it would’ve been lower.
