Disappointing Private Tour

Meka was very good with communication - contacting me almost immediately after booking. I wrote back and said where we wanted to go. Day before our tour, I wrote and Meka said she would pick us up at 10:00 ( ship arrived at 8:00 and all aboard was 15:30). She met us with a sign and we went to her vehicle. When I mentioned that we wanted to go to the Seville Great House (Museum) as previously communicated in our exchanges, she said it was too far. Also the raft ride we wanted to go on was too far, but she took us to a similar raft ride on the White River, which was close. Also took us to a nice restaurant where we bought our lunch. Our tour was through downtown (tourist area), uptown (local area) and several neighborhoods where locals lived, shopped, etc. We were dropped off back at the pier at 13:30 - or 3 1/2 hours. Our tour was described in the booking as 5-11 hours. When using GOOGLE Maps to see driving between the pier and the museum we wanted to see, it showed a 19 minute drive. During our tour, Meka received many personal phone calls - from her daughter’s teacher, father, a construction person, etc. She always explained that she was working - but most phone calls continued. The calls were not all that annoying, but with so much else going on, I felt we were just dumped off back at the port. Although very pleasant, I would not book with Meka unless you want to only do exactly the items on her tour list - the is little to no flexibility. For a private tour, I was disappointed.

First of all, you guys lied. I ask for your permission to answer my phone calls and you gave it to me, if you had said no I wouldn't have answered. I carry you guys around for 3 and a half hours, lunch, shopping and bambo raft as well. Martha bra was too far from tha ship, and you choose to do tha raft instead of tha museum, in witch you told me that this was tha best time ever. I provide you guys with redstripe beer and water. I did my job and you guys had fun, so don't see a problem.
