Make sure your foot is solid on the rock before taking another step. Same with on the bamboo raft. Can be slippery.

Omar Tours was amazing! Both drivers were very kind and shared many insights over the beautiful island of Jamaica. We were picked up from our resort, dropped off at our bamboo rafting excursion and then again at the blue hole and gulley falls. The transportation was clean and accommodating!

Blue Hole was beautiful and definitely worth the money. Bamboo rafting felt a bit like a tourist trap as we traveled about 50ft before looping back to the start. Add-on limestone massage was minimum $40 for feet/lower legs and $80 for full-body. Probably not worth your time if you don't plan to do the massage.

we had a great time, definitely would do it again, we had an individual tour, they took care of us well, hour we had in blue hole was definitely enough we jumped a lot, our guide was great and was an amazing photographer. He was recording videos of us jumping and taking pictures of the views. Rafting was also a great experience, our captain wouldnt let us just sit he took care of the great atmosphere and music, we were dancing all the time

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had!! First time traveling solo and I was a little nervous booking bc it was outside of carnival excursions but baby they DID NOT disappoint!! The blue hole was so fun and the bamboo rafting PERFECTO!!! The line massage made my skin feel so good!! I will always use RAY and O’Brian(OB) for my activities when I come to Jamaica!!! Omar Tours is really the best and they are cruise friendly!! They made sure I enjoyed myself and got back to my ship on time! They made my first experience unforgettable so I’ll definitely be back!!

We booked and were excited about our excursion to Ocho Rios and the Blue Hole, in Jamaica. However, the night before our cruise ported in Montego Bay, we received an email, canceling our excursion. The local Viator "partner" said the reason for the cancelation was that they hadn't charged us enough to come all the way to Montego Bay to pick us up. Needless to say, we didn't have time to research and book another excursion. A very disappointing experience, even though Viator did make sure we received a full refund.

Unfortunately your review is not accurate and discredits an excellent tour company. The tour has two price options one for a Montego bay pick up which is over two hours journey to the blue hole in morning traffic and another for Ocho rios pick ups which is only 20 minutes away. This was explained to you that we do not have the Montego bay "port" currently as an option, only hotels because it is not possible to do both blue hole and bamboo rafting then make it back to "port" on time for ships on short stops. In addition we could not possibly charge the same price as guests in Ocho Rios to drive 2 hours to collect you and return you to Montego. Thats 7 to 8 hours worth of driving plus touring time on top to tour you for the day.
This is a very unfair review on our tour and should be removed. We are sorry you didnt get to do the tour on this occasion but your reason has no grounds to give a one star on our tour. It was also myself that ensured you got a full refund promptly. Your review is very damaging to a small business and is completely inaccurate.

We truly had the time of our lives with our tour guide Ray. He showed us the most breathtaking views and hidden gems on our way to the Blue Hole and River Rafting, he treated us so well that we didn’t want the experience to end!!!!! Because of how amazing our first tour was, we ended up booking a trip to the Bob Marley Museum in Nine Mile and it was just as beautiful and unforgettable. Ray went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure we experienced the very best of Jamaica. His knowledge, kindness, and genuine passion made our trip incredibly special.
If you’re visiting Jamaica, Ray is the guide you need. He made sure our vacation was one we’ll remember forever.

Such a great experience with my partner! We had such a fun time, the people at blue hole were great as well as at the bamboo raft spot. Captain o Brien had all the vibes. Most of all our tour guide for the tour, Ray was so awesome and provided so much history along the journey which just added to the trip. Would absolutely tour with them again!

Blue Hole was beautiful, although a bit more adventurous than we expected. But the guide was very good about directing us and lending a hand thru the more difficult areas. Rafting ride was more laid back, and the guides work so hard! Ours played music and sang and danced which made it so much more fun!

Was ok. Not the blue hole...a blue hole. The raft was listing bad to one side. Needs to be rebuilt. I was ask to trade with wife to help balance....helped some. River was dirty. Should have booked trip down white river instead of rio nuevo

Firstly, our tour only goes to the blue hole. The blue hole has three series of waterfalls all at the same place.
We take our guests to the top of the series called the blue hole island gully falls so they get the safest and best experience. Please also understand all rivers in its natural state in the Ocho Rios area are clear and beautiful. What you experienced was the effects of rainfall in the mountains. This impacts the colour of the river and washes rubble down stream. This usually clears in a day or two and staff then work to clear the banks. Please understand this is just nature and happens to any of our rivers on a given day. We as a tour company provide a great service to our customers and are very sad to see a bad review for something out of our control.

Our experience with Omar Jamaica Tours was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! We were a group of 8, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure every single one of us was comfortable, safe, and having the time of our lives. We visited the Blue Hole in Ocho Rios and did the Bamboo Raft tour, and it was nothing short of magical. Ray truly looked out for us the entire time. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
As if that wasn’t enough, his brother Omar also took incredible care of us, showing us around and making us feel like family. He was gracious enough to take us to KFC (a must in Jamaica!) and even to a hookah lounge where we could relax and hang out. It was the perfect balance of adventure and chill vibes.
This tour felt personal, fun, and perfectly curated for our group. If you’re looking for a tour company that treats you like more than just a booking, Omar Jamaica Tours is the one. We can’t recommend them enough; truly an amazing experience we’ll never forget! 🌴🇯🇲

This was a great activity. The tour guide was very fun and informative. Be sure to bring cash as the establishments do not accept cards. You will be offered the opportunity to buy photos, drinks and snacks! You will also want to tip the guides. We enjoyed this tour and would recommend it.

Incredible experience! This was a really fun excursion - both getting to see blue hole and also the rafting experience. The climb and jumping at blue hole was a bit daunting for some of the less sure footed in our party, but the guides were very helpful in steadying us and helping us cross and feel safe. The kids had a blast jumping into the water, and they took so many fun photos of our family.
Our driver/guide was so friendly, informative and accommodating to a million questions. The van was pleasantly spacious, new, and air conditioned!
We got to top off the end of the tour with some cocktails at a gift shop, so there was something for everyone. Would book again!

Very fun experience! Enjoyed our driver who took us to each destination. The blue hole experience was so much fun. Make sure you are prepared to jump in the water from different locations starting at the top waterfall down to the rope swing. The bamboo raft was fun as well but pretty low key rafting in a circle to the beach and back. Overall a great experience!

Ray was a phenomenal driver/tour guide, he made sure we were comfortable and made our experience fun. We were also able to do another excursion and stop for a meal at Island Grille. He took a lot of pictures and videos and even put them together on TikTok. He made sure that everything was smooth for me as I am pregnant and didn’t make me feel like I couldn’t do any of the excursions. The guys for the bamboo rafting and blue hole were fun as well and was having a great time with us. I highly recommend this excursion and booking with Omar’s Tours ‼️

this experience was a 10/10!! I was a little nervous because of the videos i seen of the exclusive touching during the massages BUT this company surpass all expectations!! Our driver, Ray, was the best we could ask for. all guides on each tour was amazing and accommodating. We had a birthday girl and they made her feel so special! both bamboo rafting and the blue hole experience was made special! and don’t get me started on the views. so if you not booking, you are missing out on a great time. book NOW!!

Our driver Tracy was the best!! Bring spending money if you plan on getting the massage, rum punch, & pictures. Thanks to Tracy we were able to stop at an ATM and get cash. The rafting was soo much fun. The blue hole was okay i wouldn’t do it again too much climbing.

Tracy was our driver and she was awesome! All the guides were friendly and great. Bring more cash than you think because many of the guides/photographers don’t take card as payment and you will have several sets of guides and photographers.
