Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are also other conditions in which your therapist may need to adapt his/her techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis, pregnancy) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns).

You should wear comfortable clothing.
Open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM
Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Traffic has gotten increasingly bad in Honolulu, so please allow extra time to navigate to us.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you know you are going to be late for your appointment. In most cases we will need to shorten your appointment accordingly to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
Hawaii Natural Therapy is located at 350 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, between downtown Honolulu and the Ala Moana shopping center. We are on the second floor.
The most convenient free parking is across the street at Ward Gateway Center, in front of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Type 333 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, into your GPS.

Our experience at Hawaiian Natural Therapy was amazing. We were running a few minutes late because of traffic but the reception made sure our reservation is still and not a problem. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and was offered water or a beverage. Akiko and Isaiah were TOP NOTCH. There was not a moment where we felt uncomfortable or not taken care of. They were respectful and responsive. I highly recommend!

Good overall massage

Had a nice couples massage before vacation ended. Nice people and decent massages. The setting of the building might seem a bit sketchy, but once inside the setting was nice. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming. One masseuse was all business and didn't seem very friendly. The massages were good. Once we were done they were pretty quick to move us along while they were trying to set up for the next couple. Seems to me the bookings could have been a bit further apart to allow people to relax a bit more.

The massage therapists were great...We didn't get the hot towels and stones as was in the package we paid for...I also didn't appreciate that we paid double the price on Viator than what the actual place charges...
