I was really excited about my photos and initially had a great experience, but unfortunately, things took a turn. I paid over $500 for a package that included downloading 30 photos from a gallery of 821 images.
After downloading only 6 photos, I was locked out of the gallery. When I contacted the company, I was told I had already used all 30 downloads, which is incorrect.
I’m disappointed because I truly value the memories captured, but I’ve been unable to access what I paid for. I’m hoping the company will correct this and restore my access so I can download the remaining images.
After viewing my photos I was considering paying the extra $100+ for the entire sitting of photos however after I contacted them to ask why I could not access my account which is supposed to have 30 days of access - the company stated I could not access it unless I paid more money. This is poor customer service. Also, there policy on their website does not align with how the process works. I received my photos 8 days after taking them and they were already edited. An email was sent with specific instructions which I followed and to see the shenanigans to merely get more money from me is not the kind of company I would recommend to others.

Nikki was awesome! She was real responsive with messages and even gave helpful tips since it was our first time in Hawaii. Also, my son hates taking photos and she made it fun for him, as well as for us. The one hour shoot was perfect and fun! Highly recommend

Don’t waste your time. The company was very difficult to communicate with. They would only communicate through Viator messaging. Requested they call for quicker communication and they would not email back or call. They were not able to provide a photographer and did not inform us of that.

Really great experience with the photographer we were connected with. We’re two weeks out and haven’t seen the photos yet. I’ve emailed the company with a few additional questions and an update, but didn’t receive a response. Hopefully we hear something soon and get to see our pictures we’re very excited!!!

Michelle made this experience more fun! Very professional and connected with us and what our vision was for the photos, she had amazing recommendations and was very flexible with ideas for location. She made it fun, my husband and I learned how to pose and laugh through getting photos taken so they look more natural. I have never book a photographer at least seeing her/his work first, but I risked it this time, and I book out family photo shoot in Honolulu. Michelle was outstanding. I would highly recommend her. She was great with kids, she was very attentive to my ideas, and very helpful with poses.

I was provided a date and time for the photo shoot for viator when I was in Honolulu but the photo shoot company did not contact me to confirm my appointment and despite trying to reach them multiple times through viator, I never heard from them. I am very upset with this service and I am waiting for a refund of the full amount I paid as I did not receive the requested service.

First off let me say our photographer(Donix) went above and beyond he was an incredible photographer. He was so fun and down to earth. We give him a 20/10. He took us to beautiful little hidden gem. The pictures came out beautifully. A bit of a hassle as you’re dealing with a company that contracts local photographers to take the pictures for you. There is a bit of a wait to get the pictures back, and in order to get them all, it’ll cost you a bit more. But if you’re looking for a neat way to capture pictures in some iconic locations, it’s solid for that. Don’t wait till last minute, as availability is determined by the photographer. Our photographer was super late, nearly an hour, but besides that, super professional, got the job done

McKenna was awesome! He was so easy to work with and had some great ideas for fun shots. We didn’t really have a specific location in mind and he knew just where to go. The location was convenient and not crowded with a variety of backgrounds. It took a full two weeks to receive the photos but they were soooo good! We are so pleased. We did the one hour photo shoot for our family of 5 and this was more than enough time to get a plenty of photos with the whole family, some solos and then different combinations. To be honest we were all pretty tired of posing after the hour. The only problem we had was that there was no way we could possibly choose only 20 photos so we spent the extra money and purchased all of the photos. Totally worth it!
