Enter the terminal and head to the bus platform (at ground level). and look for a red bus labeled "Arctic Route." Guides will be there to assist you. The bus is booked under your booking name. 4. The bus will take you to Breivikeidet, where you will board the ferry. 5. Our team will be waiting for you on the other side, ready to transport you directly to the base camp. - Please stay attentive to your email and WhatsApp in case of any updates.

Drivers must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid car, motorcycle, or moped driver’s license. Drivers must present the physical card or an official digital license in their country’s official app. Photos and screenshots are not accepted. Without a valid license, you cannot drive, and we will not issue a refund for this reason.

Snowmobiles are driven in pairs with one driver and one passenger per snowmobile (even if you book as one person). You will have plenty of opportunities to switch places during the adventure
We provide each participant with an insulated snowsuit, winter boots, and a helmet. However, you must still come prepared for cold Arctic conditions. Please bring warm layers to wear underneath the snowsuit, wool socks, gloves or mittens, and something to protect your face and neck, such as a balaclava, neck warmer, or scarf.
All participants must follow the rules discussed in the safety briefing. Participants that endanger themselves or others in any way, will be excluded from the tour without the possibility of a refund.
The snowmobiles are insured. If a driver causes damage to a snowmobile, they will be required to pay the fixed insurance deductible of 9,000 NOK. Before driving, each driver must read and sign a liability waiver acknowledging this responsibility. Damage is uncommon when the snowmobiles are operated carefully and the guide’s safety instructions are followed.
This is a self-drive snowmobile tour. Each group must ensure they have enough licensed drivers to operate the snowmobiles. You may ride as a passenger, as long as someone in your group is driving you.
Note that this is not a driving northern light chase, and the whole experience will occur at the base camp.
Pick-up and drop-off times in Tromsø may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or road conditions. We therefore recommend allowing extra time between activities and onward travel plans.
The tour may be canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
one lavvo has accommodations for up to 4 people, but We never mix guests who don’t know each other in our Lavvos.
There is no store/grocery store nearby, so come prepared
Shared bathroom/toilet inside the villa and one outside toilet.
Please note that this is an adventure where you have to add wood to your wood oven yourself.
