This is a private tour/activity, exclusively for your group.
For those planning a visit to Neuschwanstein Castle, we recommend departing from your accommodation around 7:00–7:30 AM. This allows plenty of time for the journey and securing tickets on-site. While tickets can be purchased online, they often sell out during peak seasons. However, arriving early significantly increases your chances of getting tickets in person. If tickets are unavailable, don’t worry! You can still enjoy the stunning surroundings, take a scenic walk, and admire the castle’s breathtaking exterior—especially from the famous nearby Mary's bridge, which offers spectacular views.

Wonderful trip to King Ludwig's castles!

We had a wonderful experience on our trip from Munich to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles. Our tour guide, Artom, was fabulous and let us select a town to go to for lunch, and we asked to go to Oberammergau. Artom was very kind to us, and took us to such great places. We had great conversation with him, and we highly recommend visitors working with Artom and Frank to plan your excursions from Munich down to the castles! They do offer other trips as well, and they are very accommodating with special requests. We loved this part of our trip to Europe! The communication leading up to our trip was great by both Frank and Artom, especially considering that our trip was the day after Christmas.

We had great fun seeing the breathtaking scenery on the way to the castle. The castle was also truly like in a fairytale. Although we couldn’t get the castles’ tickets, Islam was very kind to show us two beautiful Bavarian villages.

Frank was a fantastic driver and I would highly recommend him for your day trip to Neuschwanstein and the surrounding areas! Before the tour, he was super communicative and gave suggestions on the itinerary for the day, as it is customizable. We were able to see Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, Linderhof, and Oberammergau. Islam was awesome! He was extremely punctual and helpful with lunch plans after the Neuschwanstein castle. With regards to the castle., we didn’t have tickets, so we walked the path to the bridge overlooking the castle, unfortunately, dense fog obscured our view, but it was still fun. We drove through Oberammergau, a beautiful village in Germany with painted houses and cool shops. After that we headed to Linderhof Palace, where the inside is something to be seen. Overall, highly recommend
