The whole dining visit was wonderful. We were also celebrating my son and husbands birthdays (they share the day). Our server was great, took a few pictures for us and even brought sundaes for them both.

Honestly need to update what we get, paid for ultimate menu, got given the gold, 2 courses instead of 3? Didn’t know what I was suppose to be getting because it was so vague
If you are going to visit the Hard Rock café, I suggest you look at the menu first. There wasn't a significant price difference and you had a select menu of a few choices to choose from. It was very difficult for them to review the voucher as well.

We went to Munich to meet up with our son who is in the Army and lives a few hours away. We stayed in Munich and did several sightseeing things. Lots of walking!!! Had a very nice time. Was a little surprised of some of the culture differences allowed in Germany, lol.
Food was good but it took forever to take my order and then to bring me my food.
While travelling internationally I ALWAYS go to Hard Rock Cafes and will appreciate if Viator adds Hard Rock Cafes from Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro
Utter Rubbish. Arrived at 10.45/11pm, kitchen had closed 10.30 NOT as Viator advertises 2 am. Only bar area open. Manager still prepared food for us but food and atmosphere was poor. All food was too salty, could not eat. Staff shuffling tables/chairs reorganising sitting area and the noise. We were the only people in the eating area and about 15 people in the bar area. Not worth it.
Service was inattentive, Rock shop out of many larger sizes. Food standard, and not remarkable. Not as well managed as other Hard Rocks.

Non traditional German food, but you know what you are getting on the first day in a new city
We just loved it. The food was great and the service even better! Our waiter was the best, he was very sociable and attentive, but not overbearing.
Right across from the Hofbrauhaus, so easy to locate. Typical american style food but then that's what you expect.Very efficient and pleasant staff with no issue being seated or served. As every Hard Rock cafe fan knows ,you go there to see the memorabilia, to get the T-Shirts as much as the food .
What can you say. Hard Rock is everywhere and you have to make a stop in. Food is consistent, the place has great A/C, and the service is always good. Clean restrooms too, if you need a break. A little touristy, but good location. In center of shopping and good plaza.
As advertised, you can come anytime for dinner and your table is waiting. The atmosphere is great and there was a good band playing on the Thursday night in May we arrived. The only criticism is the food is typical American fast food (heavy, salty, etc). The food in Munich is so good, it was sad that they served what they did. Guess it's the "theme" food. However, we had a great time.
I took a group of high school students to Munich for a week and I tried the Hard Rock through Viator. They were ready for us and most of the students enjoyed a one night break from German food. Overall - good experience.
Excellent prices. We couldn't believe how good this was. We will continue to book thru Viator as much as possible.
Staff seemed a bit confused about the menus available, but otherwise ok.
Served immediately, table was already set with our 'viator menus' despite them not knowing what time we were coming in! Friendly staff, fabulous service, and we walked out or waddled out! with nice full bellies. Also having the mealevening prepaid took the hassle out of our trip. Thanks!
Everything went so smoothly when the website says priority seating, they mean it. The Hard Rock staff is friendly and speaks English well, and the food is very good.
The night we attended was a quiet one so priority seating wasn't an issue. Still staff attentive and friendly.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das Essen war super lecker, insgesamt bietet das Restaurant eine tolle Atmosphäre.
No merece la Pena, sale carísimo, una hamburguesa y un helado,ese es el menú. La camarera no se enteraba de nada, no sabía que nuestro menú estaba pagado, menos mal que el encargado hablaba español, si no tenemos que abonar de nuevo lo que tomamos. Como digo con la cantidad de sitios que hay de comida rápida no merece la pena
