Easy booking via Viator. Clear and detailed outline given when booking.
Our driver Dilip was outstanding! He was polite, professional, on time, and went above and beyond to make our day comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. At one point, he even stopped to buy Lassi for us so we didn’t have to get out of the air-conditioned car—such a thoughtful gesture in the Mumbai heat and crazy traffic.
Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this service and Dilip to anyone visiting Mumbai.

We booked a private car rental in Mumbai through Viator, and our driver, Gulshan, was outstanding. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make our day comfortable. At one point, he even stopped to buy fresh fruits for us so we didn’t have to get out of the air-conditioned car—such a thoughtful gesture in the Mumbai heat!
The only minor issue was at the beginning: we didn’t receive the correct contact number for the driver, which made it a bit hard to connect at the airport. Thankfully, Gulshan found us within a few minutes, so it was quickly resolved.
Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this service and Gulshan to anyone visiting Mumbai.

We had some time to spend in Mumbai between our flights and scheduled a tour through Mystical Mumbai. Our wonderful driver Mukesh provided a superb service, accommodating all of our requests and organizing a truly personal, informative, surprising, and heartwarming visit to this unique place. In 10 hours of his care we became like a family. Highly recommending!

Although our driver was not a guide, he did a wonderful job in describing the sites he showed us. We had a number of places we previously selected and our driver added a few of his own that turned out to be very interesting. Sorry that I cannot remember his name but he was a very nice and well spoken man.

We had a private driver booked for 08:30. At 08:40 I messaged and emailed the company, Mystical Mumbai, Jailesh. I got no reply. Tried to call, no reply. One of the locals told me he is based in UK, so there was no way I was going to get an answer.
Eventually, one of the locals organised a driver for us and we had a good drive around Mumbai.
Cannot recommend Mystical Mumbai Tours.

Our driver/guide ( Mukesh) was fantastic. He took us to all the main sites and was very knowledgeable and respectful. We loved hearing about life in India and about his family and experiences.

Such a great experience! We got to Mumbai the night before and as new travelers to India, it was very overwhelming. Having a private driver and a guided tour was super helpful.
Our driver Mukesh was SUCH a delight. One of the best people I met during my three weeks in India. He was accommodating, kind, knowledgable, and I just can’t say enough good things about him.
Our guide Raj was great too and very knowledgable about all the sights.
We only had one day in Mumbai and this was perfect as we got to see all the highlights.

We could connect with the company owner via Whatsapp which makes us feel very comfortable and we connected with the driver via Whatsapp also and everytime we can easily text the driver after each stop point and was easy to find the car. Driver was very polite and kind.
