Prepare a special, 4-course menu of Mexican cuisine at a Mexico City cooking class led by a local chef. You’ll cook red mole, a traditional dish known for its rich, complex flavors, along with ‘street food’ appetizers, hand-made tortillas, red rice with fried plantain, and flan.
