My wife and I had great experience on our first day in Mexico City.
Starting from communication from Erik the night before all the way through getting us back to our hotel in Polanco after the tour.
Our driver, Anthony was excellent and helped us to practice our basic Spanish during the rides. We had very pleasant and informative discussion with the CDMX native on different topics.
The actual walking tour with Erik was perfect. In a few hours we not only saw all of the main landmarks of the CDMX Historical center, but also learned so much history of Mexico from a truly passionate guide that shaped our remaining stay in the city.
Highly recommended.

The trip was not going to match at all the description on the website. Instead of visiting 6 - 8 major places in different parts of town with a driver and guide, driver was just taking us from hotel to Zocalo to meet guide, who then would walk us around for 3h! We complained to the guide Eric, who was very understanding and changed activities according to our wishes. Eric was excellent, very knowledgeable, and we found his explanations of history etc. very interesting. But Viator’s website description was very misleading. Too bad! But thanks to Eric’s understanding and expertise it turned out to be a great experience after all.

We had a booking for this tour, one reservation for two people and another for 3. We canceled the party of 3 beforehand. And the trip for 2 never showed up, we finally were able to get in touch with them and they nicely apologized and told us they could take us the very next day, and the reason they canceled was because no museums are open on Mondays and they had left us a message, there was no message! Next day comes and once again no one showed up, and we called but the call went straight to a message. We did notice that we were canceled and the money was given back to us. But zero notification! It messed up other plans we had and caused a big mess. Do not book with this tour group!

This tour was suppose to be 3 to 4 hours.. got picked up at our hotel at 10 got to the tour guide at 11 tour ended by 12:30 and we got picked up at 1 so this not a 3 to 4 hour tour we were expecting. The tour guide was nice and knowledgeable but this tour was definitely not worth the price and not what we signed up for. Extremely disappointed in viator this trip they fell short on our transport from and this particular tour. I will never use viator again since they don’t stand behind their promise and advertise something and deliver something else..

Solo quisiera mencionar que uno de sus acompañantes, la mama de la señora Laura Pirouzi, tuvo molestias en un pie ya que sus hijas no caminaban a su paso y la señora se sintió mal, Fue la misma Laura Pirouzi quien opto, de mala manera, regresar a su Hotel. Haciendo notar que estaba molesta por que su propia madre no caminaba a su paso, sabiendo que la señora ya era una persona mayor que no podía caminar tan rápido. Inclusive la misma Laura PIROUZI MENCIONO QUE nunca mas saldría con su madre por que les arruina las actividades. Nuestro Guia siempre se mantuvo atento de la mama de la señora Laura Pirouzi, inclusive cuando sus hijas la dejaba atrás del grupo como si no vinera con ellas. El operador los recogió en su hotel en tiempo y forma y la actividad se llevo acabo con todas las características con las que se vende. Esperemos que este comentario sin sustento no arruine nuestro historia lperfecto.

Our trip began with Eric taking us to visit the Palacio de Bellas Artes and several other local historical sites within walking distance of the hotel. Great experience. Eric is very knowledgeable of the history of the City and took the time to ask us if we had any questions about the sites we had visited. Unfortunately my travel partner experienced a medical emergency during the end of our tour and Eric and his team quickly responded to assure we had access to the best emergency care. Eric stayed with us during the ambulance ride and treatment at the local ER. Eric went above and beyond the call of duty and traveled with us back to the hotel to ensure we had everything we needed for the remainder of our stay. We will return. Thank you Eric from the both of us.

I am torn because Erick was an exceptional guide, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about CDMX. He also showed great care for my mother when she fell in Chapultepec. Julio was also wonderful. My main disappointment is that we only managed to visit El Zócalo, the National Cathedral, and the Templo Mayor due to my elderly mother's limitations and the fact that it was Sunday Bike Day in CDMX, causing impossible traffic conditions. I wish we had spent less time in Chapultepec.

This was an excellent tour and perfect way to get a general overview of everything Mexico City has to offer. There is no way you could see all this on your own or with a group tour. Matilde our guide was excellent. Very informative, helpful and courteous - a true professional. Our driver was fantastic in maneuvering around the city streets. Highly recommend this tour.
