It was an amazing experience. We had a private driver named Octavio and he was very welcoming, took care of us through the whole tour. Ensured we had our pictures taken before boarding the balloon. All staff members took care of the whole group. When we arrived at the pyramids they offered water, snacks, sunscreen and a sombrero. I would definitely recommend this company.

Overall excellent. From private pick up by Roberto to our host Jennie and our excellent hot air balloon captain. Excellent pick of music by him friendly joyful and Extremely smooth landing . To a top knot b breakfast and staff at the grota. It’s a must.
We had a great hot air balloon experience with Octavio! He was prompt, courteous, and everything went smoothly. The private transfer was ideal since it was just me and my daughter—much more convenient than a group tour.
The itinerary is pre-planned, first straight to the balloon ride, then breakfast, then archeology site…. so it’s more about going with the flow than customizing each moment, but that worked well for us. Watching the sunrise from the balloon was absolutely worth it. My 6 year old was provided a small step stool to look over the basket. In April, a t-shirt and light jacket were enough, but I picked up a cute souvenir jacket for my daughter for about $12 USD—just in case. Layers come off as it gets hotter later in the day for the archeology site
The breakfast in the cave afterward was delicious and added to the experience though pretty touristy. Everyone kind of converges there from different tours / agencies.
The best part: Since everything started super early, my daughter was worn out by the time we reached the archaeological site, but having private transport meant we could just shoot a text off to our host and head home early—super convenient!
(We skipped out on the guided tour, which came at an additional/extra cost)

Very well run operations! We had a great time! Private transportation was perfect. It was not as cold as we thought up in the balloon. Once in a lifetime experience.

I Booked a 2 person excursion and our guide (Vladimir) was spectacular.
I highly advise anyone to spend the little extra money and get the private transportation with Vladimir.
Vladimjr is extremely knowledgeable in the history of the Teotihuacan people and the facts around the archeological pyramids.

Er we’re picked up by our driver early in the morning. After a coffee and cake the balloon ride started. This was an wonderful experience. Afterwards we were brought to a Buffett breakfast before we could walk around in the ruins. Everything went well and everybody was friendly ☺️
We had an amazing experience. I can highly recommend it. The team was happy and helpful all the way through. We got picked up on time by Edmundo who was just the nicest guy. We were welcomed by Ginny who helped us register and get ready for the balloon ride. The ride itself was gorgeous. 45 - 60 minutes over the pyramids before they opened. So beautiful. The breakfast was nice where we got to talk with the others in the group. And then we were given some free time at the pyramids to walk around on our own.

We had such a great time! It was our 1st time going in a hot air balloon and the entire team walked us through everything to make sure we weren’t nervous! The views were beautiful! And our driver made sure to get us there and back without any issues
