Confirmation will be received at the time the reservation is made. No charges for excess baggage. Transportation is private and in comfortable, safe and reliable vehicles. Note: For your departure transfer, it will be collected approximately 3 hours prior to your flight departure time. You can contact the local tour operator at any of the phone numbers or email provided on your voucher to reconfirm the exact time. Before your travel date, your hotel and flight details must be reported to the tour operator so that they can assign your transfer. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be asked to call the tour operator and communicate this information directly. The contact details of the tour operator will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed reservation.

I reached out the night before and they mentioned they were tracking our flight. Morning of the flight we were told our drivers name and even though we arrived an hour after (delayed) flight. Our driver Arturo was still standing up holding a sign for us. 100% recommend “mexicotourfreelance”, they had snacks included inside the car as well!

Fun and exciting. My friend and myself had a great fun. The driver is very friendly and he comes early in the airport and when picking us up from the hotel when we are going back. He is very helpful and friendly.
Promptness.. Driver was there waiting Very courteous . Would definitely recommend this service for anyone.
The pick up from the airport was okay, sorry i forgot the name of our driver but i usually ask for the names. He was already there when we arrived, and he provided us with bottled water which was a very friendly gesture, considering it was so hot when we arrived. Very friendly and nice, his vehicle is clean.
On the way back from the hotel to the airport, Daniel was our driver. He was very friendly and always have a smile. i think we had him for our pick up maybe once, because he remembers me and my brother. He was there early and really nice to us. My friends and my brother were all happy with him. His car is also clean and he is very friendly. We like Daniel. Hopefully we will have him again when we travel back to Guadalupe.

Great service! A gentleman was waiting as soon as we exited the terminal with a placard with our name. Took our bags all the way to the car where driver was waiting. Great service. Nice car. Highly recommend !!!
Service was on time, very clean vehicles and friendly drivers. They will contact you the day before your arrival to confirm your pickup time. I really recommend this service.
After a long day of traveling, seeing our drivers waiting for us with our names on a card was a welcome sight. They were prompt, polite, and courteous. They maneuvered through thick traffic, and got us safely to our hotel.

They were there to pick up. Did not show up to bring us back to airport, no response to communiction with them. Old Car. They charged $55us. Uber was $5.06us.

Our driver was excellent! We had flight cancelations and delays, but he waited for us at the airport. We were able to stay in touch with text messages and he provided safe transportation to our hotel in a clean vehicle. We would definitely use this service again.
