Easy and friendly! My driver, Hector, met me outside baggage claim and walked me to our car. 20 mins later, I was at my Airbnb. He even waited to make sure I could get inside ok! Highly recommend.

We booked this service for private transportation from the airport to our hotel and then hotel to airport when departing. Everything was seamless and professional. Our driver Xchel was communicative and prompt on both trips. We needed a 5:40 am pick-up for our return trip and Xchel was there right on time. We had a party of 6 and easily fit with all of our luggage in the SUV. Highly recommend and would use this service again on my next trip.

Prompt pickup by a courteous driver in a clean large luxury SUV. The communication from the driver was also excellent. We were coming from the US, so he communicated ahead of time and throughout our trip to make sure we were relieved that it would be a smooth trip and it was.

Our flight was one hour late but our driver let us know that he was available. He met us with my name on a sign. It was a little chaotic in the arrival hall. The drive took one hour for fifteen kilometres but the SUV was new, clean with water

Perfect airport pick up and delivery to our Airbnb. Our driver was very professional and helpful. Met us at the main airport exit after baggage claim with my name on a sign. BIG CITY- so having her meet us and deliver was awesome. Loved her.

Luxury Limo MEX Airport to downtown.

We were met after customs by a sign holding person who then called the driver. The vehicle was a clean Lincoln Navigator. Everyone was courteous and professional. Bottled water was provided. We were driven to our hotel with no issues. However, although the Viator web site was relatively easy to use to make a booking from MEX airport to the hotel, it was impossible to navigate the site to make the return booking. The site asked about our return, but there was no capability to actually make such a booking. We were only able to do so directly with the driver on the way to the hotel. In looking at other Limo services this problem is not unique to the one we chose. Viator needs to fix this. It is not a reflection on the very good service we experienced on the day.

Great experience without the hassle of having to figure out which cab company to use once you arrive. Xchelo made contact the same day to let us know he was waiting for us (I recommend you download WhatsApp prior since you can use the airport WiFi to communicate if you don't have service). He helped us with the bags and had a beautiful Lincoln Navigator waiting for us. Xchelo (the driver) is a local from CDMX so he possesses a lot of knowledge about the area, the culture and its history. I truly recommend d.

Sara was on time and a real pleasure to ride with. She had cold fresh beverages ready for the journey to our hotel. The suv was super clean and comfortable, what normally is a 20-25 minute ride turned in to almost an hour do to traffic. All in all awesome experience and Sara was outstanding.

Never got to use the driver. Communications with this app based business was poor. The actual email was not outlined where pickup up would occur and while I was waiting at midnight in Mexico City in an area where other passengers on the same flight had drivers with the name signs of party for pick up finally got concerned when we were the only ones left. As time passed I tried calling the help line and got put through multiple levels of automated recordings with no actual support. I ended hiring an Uber driver and got an email from the driver while I was already in another car that he was waiting in the parking area. Awful experience. Driver may have been fine, but the actual company is not who I will ever use again for any if their services.
