Upon exiting the building, please look for us at the very first UMBRELLA. Additionally, we wish to convey that your pick-up and drop-off times are generally flexible, designed to align seamlessly with your cruise itinerary, thereby ensuring the highest standard of service. One day prior to your scheduled arrival, we will receive your cruise itinerary from the National Maritime Authority, along with the details of your last port of call. Utilizing this information, we will finalize your pick-up and drop-off times the evening before your arrival. On the night preceding your anticipated journey, we will provide you with all relevant details pertaining to your booking. Again this listing had so many bad reviews and I feel people expect luxury. But despite the reviews this excursion was ac very good it was fun relaxing and yes the food choice was limited and so was the drinks included but really it was more then enough to have fun . The drinks were strong and the food had flavor. All the staff was nice and attentive. The drivers were on time and when our ship time changed they informed us that they adjusted ours times to make sure we got back with more then enough time to spare ! Honestly it was. Great experience and I would recommend it if you want a chill relaxing beach day . I will note that I did not do any of the activities they offered but in exchange for that, I got a coconut with booze in it and that was pretty great for me.

This place is awful! Do not recommend at all! Food was uneditable, took you to a restaurant but those beverages weren't included and it was a side cart with random drinks and the activities are not as advertised at all. So disappointed in this excursion. People were actually sick after eating the food with as oil and meat appeared to be made from something other than chicken. Dirty, felt unsafe, I cannot say enough terrible things about this. Do not do it.

The horseback ride was not even worth it. Half a block on a back street on the Island was a joke. Too bad. Food was average.

Ok beach day

Take you by van to a catamaran to an island. Then take you by open air busses with broken down seats to the beach. They promise 2 activities they were very unorganized. Open bar was cheap rum, vodka, pina coladas, and lime margaritas. No other options. Water cost $4 each. Beach was shallow waves were present but not unswimmable.

Was fine. Probably wouldn’t go again.

You go to a beautiful beach which is owned by a restaurant. The “free” food is only 5 choices and meh. The “free” drinks are also a very limited menu and SELF serve. If you’re not comfortable being swarmed by vendors, and I do mean swarmed in every sense of the word, then this definitely isn’t for you. The water is not like other areas in Mexico. It was COLD. The activities were each extremely short in duration. Like 5-15 minutes. Still probably a good deal? Bring towels. People arriving later didn’t get lounge chairs but there were ample restaurant plastic tables and chairs in the shade if that works for you. If I would not have come down with Norovirus a few hours after getting back onboard the ship, I may have fonder memories.

Furthermore, the absence of mention regarding your fully motorized wheelchair may have been pertinent to our arrangements. I anticipate our next meeting and hope for improved coordination. I wanted to let you know that we were impressed with the level of detail in your adventure description. Your mention of the included food package and beverages being designed according to the preferences of most travelers was noted. We understand that convenience and proximity to the beach are important, which is why our bar is located there. We wanted to take a picture of you and your son on the lounge chairs, but we didn't want to disturb you, our CCTV filmed you. Little did we know that you would end up giving us such a positive review! I wanted to clarify some things about your experience. The waiter took your food directly to your spot on the beach, and we try our best to keep vendors away from our guests. However, sometimes they do come by looking for a way to make some extra profit. We hope this didn't interfere too much with your stay. Additionally, the water temperature can vary for different people - some enjoy it, while others may not. Our activities typically last between 10 to 15 minutes. We do mention in our tour description that towels are not included, so I apologize if you missed that. Late arrivals are always given the option to use lounge chairs, and those who say yes are provided with them. As for our plastic furniture, it is the most suitable for a beach restaurant due to the risks of rusting and high tides washing things away. We apologize if this didn't meet your expectations. Finally, I wanted to address your concerns about your health. We take the safety and well-being of our guests very seriously, and we will follow up on your feedback to investigate the source of any illness and strengthen our hygiene practices.
