Everything was absolutely fantastic. We could not fault a single thing. The Catamaran we were on was called the Fantasea by Tino Boats. The first thing we noticed was the punctuality and efficiency of the embarkation process. Once on board we were immediately briefed on our itinerary and we were put at ease by the skipper. The team allowed us to enjoy the boat and the experience to the max. They were never intrusive or abrupt in any way. We were allowed to move about as much as we liked. We went to see the Waterfall into the ocean and then went swimming and snorkelling in the beautiful turquoise waters. After building up an appetite we had the most delicious Barbecue lunch on the boat. The menu consisted of grilled chicken, grilled fish and sausages, with a variety of breads, pasta, rice, salads and sauces. The food was just superb and once again the team were extremely prompt and efficient. Making sure that we were all fed quickly. The food provided is more than enough and the crew encouraged us to take seconds and even thirds. With regard to the drinks, there were alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. These are all included in the package and once again we were offered top ups to our drinks repeatedly and there were no limitations in this regard, which I found very impressive. We then stopped at the island of Ile aux Cerfs for approximately an hour and a half of beautiful relaxation and chill time on the beach. Thereafter it was back to Mauritius with a lively party on board with music, singing and dancing. Once again the guests were offered drinks repeatedly which is so generous considering that it is a business after all. This was overall our best all-round experience while visiting Mauritius especially in terms of value for money. Our crew of Jerry, Hansley, Sean and Nesta really outdid themselves. My partner and I were actually amazed by the hospitality, manner and kindness of the crew. They were what really made the experience special and are truly a credit and asset the company. I have no complaints, only praise for this experience. One tip for anyone who may be going is to carry a large towel. Not only will you need it after the snorkelling, but you will also need something to sit on when you reach the island of Ile Aux Cerfs. There are loungers available on the beach but they are charged at 300 rupees per lounger. If you find yourself in Mauritius, please do not hesitate to book this experience.

However, we would like to clarify the situation as accurately as possible for future guests: At the end of the trip, our crew always reminded all passengers to verify and collect their personal belongings before leaving the catamaran. You returned to the jetty without your shirt, sunglasses and purse, enjoying a conversation and when you realised you did not have a shirt on you, our team immediately arranged a boat to bring you back on board so you could retrieve your stuffs. All your items were found exactly where you had left them. Regarding your claim about missing money, our team and other witnesses observed that you handed cash to another member of your group and that you took part in optional activities on the island, which require an additional fee. Our company has been operating for over 30 years, and we take pride in the honesty and professionalism of our staff. We have never had a single incident of theft on board. We are also disappointed by some behaviour of yours reported by the crew during the trip, including throwing bottles with beer inside, food along with your plate into the sea. We do not tolerate any actions that harm the environment or disturb other passengers and that you do not make proper use of our equipments/ustensils on board. We also believe that shouting and using foul languages, like you did, on the jetty are also not appropriate! We understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially during group outings, but we firmly stand behind our team and the integrity of their work. We remain committed to offering safe, enjoyable and respectful experiences to all our guests. We nevertheless hope you enjoyed your day, as is the case for the vast majority of our guests. We had a great time on this excursion. The crew looked after us really well, there was lots of food, drink and music and it was a really chilled day. We organised a taxi transfer through the company too, a great service. If we had one criticism, it was that there were too many people on the boat. We counted 25 guests, and it felt a little crowded. Luckily, everyone was well behaved so it wasn't an issue but with a rowdy group, I can imagine it spoils it a bit!

Had a fab time on this trip, despite a little rain at first the sun shone later and the guys on board Toni boats were brilliant. Tomi, Lori and Adrienne (hope I’ve got your names spelt correctly) Couldn’t do enough for you, delicious food and a joy to be with. Would wholeheartedly recommend this trip for enjoyment, value for money and a beautiful location. 😊

Équipage très sympathique Ballade en catamaran top Points négatifs Nous sommes partis avec 1h de retard, des personnes ont dû se rajouter après 9h00 ou étaient en retard malheureusement Lors de la ballade est proposée de faire une autre activité payante mais non obligatoire bien sûr et du coup on fait le programme à l envers car des passagers ont voulus le faire ce qui en soit est pas vraiment gênant et très déçue car a peine une heure sur l île au cerf donc on a pas pu explorer comme on le voulait, à la base on devait y rester 2h00

Die Crew war der Hammer, haben sich immer darum gekümmert, dass alle genügend Getränke haben und waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ile aux Cerfs ist leider total überbewertet und bietet so gut wie nichts, aber dafür will ich den Tourguides keinen Abzug geben. Für diesen Preis würden wir die Tour nochmal machen, weil der Tag schön war. Aber es ist kein Must Do.
