Charming chef and host teaching us not only how to make delicious pasta and sauce, but sharing information on the origin of the ingredients and the cultural differences within Italy in some very funny and entertaining anecdotes.
Our location was in the owner’s renovated former cave home; the tour and history of that was extremely enlightening.
