Great service, professional driver, good communication made my transfer to the airport easy and comfortable

Poor communication between viator and their partner driver

Ayodeji_A, May 2026

It might not be the fault of the driver directly, viator, you may be the one to take this blame. I think you need to speak with your partner drivers because they cancelled last minute without any reason stated and without any prior notice until I got to the airport in Marrakech. You need to do better.

Fine service. Recommended.

Cheap n cheerful. Does what it says on the tin. Driver met us with a name board. Drove us as close to location as possible.

Hotel to airport

PaulJ_S, Mar 2026

On time, clean large vehicle, pleasant conversation in English. Brought bags to airport door from parking lot.

Great driver but beware when they drop you off!

Overall experience was very good but wanted to pass along one watch area for other travelers. Communication was excellent, driver was waiting for us at the airport and van was comfortable. Driver was friendly and drove us to our hotel in the medina (city center). After he dropped us off, things got shady. The driver spoke to a man who loaded our luggage on a cart and walked with us to our hotel (which was roughly 25 yards off the street). Once we got to the hotel, the man demanded 10 euro but we didnt have any cash so i offered him USD ($5) for his ‘services’. He got angry so i asked a hotel staff member to help. Not a great first impression of Morocco

Everything went smooth and easy. The driver was actually waiting there earlier than our arrival so we didn't have to wait anything.

Highly recommended

Picked us up on time and had a clean air conditioned ride to and from the hotel. I even left my phone and he brought it back. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Morocco.

On time, quick and friendly.

Nina_P, May 2025

On time, easy and quick. Driver arrived a bit early so it was stress free. Driver was friendly, car was clean and much bigger than I needed. Exactly what you need for the airport transfer.

Marrakech airport transfers

Alison_C, Jan 2025

This was a great way to start and end our holiday, we booked to transfer back too. Both drivers were really helpful and friendly, the car was luxurious and comfortable. On the way back we had a 34 hour delay due to the storms, and Ismail made sure we got to the right place and person to get info on where we’d be staying.

Punctual and Friendly

Perfect Arrival

DeeDee_S, Jul 2024

Our driver was amazing! Passport control took longer than expected and he waited patiently for us. He then phoned our riad as we neared the Medina to have them come and walk us the rest of the way in since no cars are allowed.
