Overall experience was very good but wanted to pass along one watch area for other travelers. Communication was excellent, driver was waiting for us at the airport and van was comfortable. Driver was friendly and drove us to our hotel in the medina (city center). After he dropped us off, things got shady. The driver spoke to a man who loaded our luggage on a cart and walked with us to our hotel (which was roughly 25 yards off the street). Once we got to the hotel, the man demanded 10 euro but we didnt have any cash so i offered him USD ($5) for his ‘services’. He got angry so i asked a hotel staff member to help. Not a great first impression of Morocco

This was a great way to start and end our holiday, we booked to transfer back too. Both drivers were really helpful and friendly, the car was luxurious and comfortable. On the way back we had a 34 hour delay due to the storms, and Ismail made sure we got to the right place and person to get info on where we’d be staying.

Our driver was amazing! Passport control took longer than expected and he waited patiently for us. He then phoned our riad as we neared the Medina to have them come and walk us the rest of the way in since no cars are allowed.
