Service was adequate and efficient. However, had to ask driver to roll up windows and turn on the AC. Not sure why I had to do that given it was 45C outside!

As some companies don’t (why ever) operate outside the direct city centre, I chose this transport. And I wasn’t disappointed. Good conversation via WhatsApp, driver was there on time and drove save through the chaotic traffic of the city.

The driver was late to the airport to pick me up. The booking for the return to the airport was wrong. I booked for a 10:30am pick up. When no one showed up by 10:45am, I called the office. They had me listed for a 1:00pm pick up, my flight was departing at 1:15pm. The office said that a driver would pick me up in 15 minutes, which turned out to be 25 minues.
