Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your **full name**. If you cannot locate the driver immediately: Please call or send a WhatsApp message to the number provided in your confirmation email. **Important Notes**: * Please provide your **flight number** and **estimated arrival time** during booking. * Our team monitors flights for delays and will adjust the pickup accordingly. * Free waiting time: **up to 60 minutes** after landing. After that, extra charges may apply. For hotel pickups (return trips), the driver will wait at the main entrance or at the nearest accessible location if the hotel is in a narrow alley (e.g., in the Medina).
