I booked a wheelchair accessible taxis
For myself & my husband. I'm a full-time wheelchair user and made it clear in booking I needed a wheelchair accessible taxis as I have an electric wheelchair however the taxi was for able body people and driver and my husband had to lift a v heavy wheelchair into the back of the van. I had to be lifted manually into seat in van. It was a very distressing experience

Bad experience ? No we found a solution. Unfortunately we can send a picture in comment. I don't have any information about your wheelchair via Viator, i double check multiple times. You never contact our society before by another canal (like mails, sms, whatsapp, my website...) to specify our assistance. And even after that, my driver found a solution with 3 other people to help you.
If you had write all informations about wheelchair, we invite you to contact Viator, not ruin a little entreprise who do nothing.

Came out of the airport to see the sign for Skip tours on the right. Went right up and asked and we were led to a waiting taxi. Easy.

When we arrived in Marrakech, we had to wait in a super long line at customs, and then our luggage was lost and we had to go deal with putting in a baggage claim, then I went to get a Moroccan SIN card. The whole time I couldn’t get my phone to connect to wifi and I wasn’t able to connect with the driver, his name was Mustapha. Thankfully he was still there waiting for us, I was really worried that he might leave but he didn’t! he had to wait an hour for us and he was still really friendly! A few days later we booked him to take us to an animal sanctuary that was about 30km out of the city. We didn’t have great directions to get there and he stopped the car and asked a few locals how to get there and called the sanctuary on his own phone because my SIN only got us data but no phone calls. When we got there, he waited for two hours while we toured the sanctuary and hung out with the animals. I appreciated that he went out of his way to find the place and also to wait for us. He also took us back to the airport to go pick up my luggage once it had arrived. When we were leaving Marrakech, he picked us up from our hotel at 4:30am to take us back to the airport. I appreciated the consistency, that he was always our driver because I felt trust towards him and I knew that I could rely on him.

Great service, we were delayed at the customs, the driver waited for us at the airport for some time also knew the way our riad. Spoke French and Arabic and communicated with our French host and got us to our riad in little time. Service with a smile.

Highly recommend this company, booking with them took the stress out of getting from the airport to our hotel on the other side of the city. They communicated clearly in advance about where the driver would meet us at the airport. The driver himself was there on time, easy to find and very friendly, pointing out Marrakech landmarks throughout the journey.

Price advertised was less than half of what they actually wanted us to pay! Paid €12 online and then received a message asking to pay the driver an ADDITIONAL €13 (in dirhams) on the day. Why not just advertise the true price? However, great service from the driver - although he came 15 mins earlier than we requested, he called me and waited for us to be ready. Lovely clean vehicle.

From the moment we landed the process was very smooth. I was in constant touch via WhatsApp if I had an question or required any adjustment and even managed to sort all internal transfers for my family and his brothers whilst in Marrakech.
Moussaka and team were brilliant and highly recommend - great value vs the local cab drivers haggling.

I booked a transfer from the hotel to airport. The driver was a little late due to traffic but we had plenty of time to get to the airport. The owner called to apologise. Journey was pleasant, nice big vehicle.
The driver was kind enough to drop us as close as possible to the steps going towards the terminal, we didn't have to ask it was his suggestion.
Very happy with the service. I would recommend and I will use it again in future.

I booked an airport transfer from Marrakech airport to my hotel for 3 people with luggage.
The driver was waiting outside the airport with a sign. It was easy to find him.
The driver was friendly, welcoming and drove well.
Over all I was very pleased, so I booked for the way back too.
I'm impressed with the service, I recommend it and will be using in future. I travel to Marrakech a few times a year & always have trouble dealing with a taxi at the airport so I'm glad I found Skip tours!

N'est jamais venu, ne répondait pas à mes appels ni message alors que je lui avais renvoyé un msg la veille pour lui confirmer l'heure d'arrivée.
Réservation faite 3 semaines avant.
Il fallait annuler avant si l'agence n'était pas capable d'être là et pas une heure après.

Profesionalidad y buena comunicación, taxista muy cercano. Se nos retrasó el vuelo y nos estuvo esperando hasta que salimos del aeropuerto de madrugada. Relación calidad precio muy buena comparada con el resto de tour operadores.

El traslado de aeropuerto a hotel genial..pero la vuelta...lo volví a coger con viator y lo pagué..y me escribió el taxista diciendo que le tenía que pagar más a el si no me lo cancelaba..y así fue..tuve que pagarle aparte..muy mal

Le transfert d’arriver c’est bien passé, par contre pour le retour vous avez changer l’hôtel, qui se trouve à 30km de l’aéroport,
J’ai proposé 20 euros , vous avez acceptés
