The ride never even showed up

They never showed up or sent me a text to say not coming. I sat there waiting for a ride to the airport and ended up having to just pay for a taxi.

Smooth and efficient service

Ilyas confirmed the transfer details 24hrs before our arrival. The transfer was efficient and smooth. Ilyas kindly contacted the Riad to confirm the closest drop off location as no cars are able to enter the Medina. Ilyas was very professional and kind. The journey was comfortable and also provided a small bottle of water. We were so pleased with the service that we made two further bookings with Ilyas. I would 100% recommend Medina selection to anyone visiting Marrakech.
