This was a scam. They never came to pick me or my friends up from our hotel. We tried calling them multiple times and messaging them from Viator but they would not respond. They responded hours afterwards but would not give us a refund

Excellent experience if you want to get out for a few hours, great value for £50. Short camel ride was perfect for us and the quads were fun

I want a refund , the ad lies we didn’t get 3hours. The people was rude and didn’t know how to communicate for pick up I had to make so many phone calls to make sure it happened. The guy on the phone couldn’t speak English good.

Hi Tia We talked about the time of activity 3 hours yes but the transport is included The description is clear Unfortunately you didn't behave well with us, you asked me to change the pick up time, I accepted immediately. Despite your hotel isn't in the city centre, our driver picked you up from the hotel and was waiting for you more than 20min I think some customers have to improve their manners

t was good experience for us. The quad tour was long enough. We could see nice landscapes The guide of camel tour was an entertaining person. The travel to there and back was a bit hot, because in the minibus didn’t work the air conditioner

Inizio col dire che ci siamo divertiti tantissimo io e i miei amici, loro sono stati cordiali e pazienti. La nostra guida gentilissima. Puntuali nel venirci a prendere nel punto stabilito e nessun tempo di attesa. A metà giro in quad ci siamo fermati per gustare un bel bicchiere di tè alla menta caldo e del buon pane con delle olive. Un esperienza assolutamente piacevole che consiglio, anche perché ha un costo veramente irrisorio!
