Jawad, our guide and Amin, our driver were both great. We got to each stop very safely and our guide was very knowledgeable. Had a wonderful time with fantastic views of the Atlas mountaina during the camel ride. The dinner was delicious and enjoyed the music and the fire show. I would definitely recommend this experience. Fun and relaxing evening!

Everything about this tour was amazing; the camel ride , dinner and the atmosphere of the place . Everyone was very nice and entertaining with the people . It feels so great to see people of different cultures having a safe great time . The tour guide did an incredible job giving the history and explaining the different camel in a very comfortable atmosphere. The fire was great also .

Unfortunately we couldn’t make the entire adventure for this one. We started with the guide (Tareq) and the driver in Marrakech by being picked up on time. We drove to the women’s cooperative and spend about 30 minutes there. We then headed to the camel ride. Just after we jumped on the camel, rain started a little…but within a minute the hail storm started coming down very heavy. The guide did all his best to take us back to the van and the driver drove towards us to take us back into the van ASAP. We were SO wet, they decided to cancel the rest of the activity. They immediately offered to reschedule or receive a refund without question. We came back to our Riad in Marrakech and not even an hour later I received a confirmation that my refund will be processed. So, my score reflects the support we received from our guide, driver and tour operators. We will definitely reschedule this tour if we come back to Morroco.

This was a terrible experience. The guide and driver were nice enough, but while on the camels we were caught in a thunderstorm with hail. While I understand the guide cannot control the weather, it was (lightly) raining, thundering and lightening before we got onto the camels. He suggested we should go before the rain so the saddles would be dry. The hail was painful as it pelted us, and it was a frightening experience for all. We were drenched head to toe and the entire group (3 separate families not travellling together) requested to return back to the hotels and skip the dinner and fire show. Again, I don't fault the guide for the weather but starting an outdoor tour in thunder and lightening conditions definitely reflected his desire to not refund the tour over the safety of the guests. There are a lot of camel excursions here. I wouldn't choose this one.

As part of our daily procedure, we carefully check the weather forecast before starting every tour. On the day of your experience, the forecast showed good and stable weather conditions, and the rain and thunderstorm started unexpectedly after the camel ride had already begun. As soon as the weather changed and became unsafe, our guide immediately focused on the safety of all guests, and after discussing with you and the other families in the group, we arranged transportation back to your hotels and cancelled the dinner and fire show.
We also issued a full refund to you and the other clients in the group as an apology for the inconvenience, even though the sudden weather change was beyond our control. Our intention was always to protect our guests and ensure everyone returned safely.
We were therefore surprised to read fron your feedback that safety was not considered, as our team acted quickly by stopping the experience, bringing everyone back safely, and providing a full refund. Other guests in the same group appreciated these actions and shared positive feedback about how the situation was handled.
As the cancellation of the tour was following the guidelines right of the experience between us and our clients.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the unexpected weather conditions and the impact on your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future under better weather conditions and provide you with the enjoyable experience we always aim to deliver.

My mom and I did the excursion while we were in Marrakech. The tour was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Tareq was great with communication on pick up point and time. Everything was organized very well. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely do it again if I go back to Marrakech (I will definitely be back one day!).

We loved this trip. Our guide Tareq got in touch the day before about time and place for pick up which was only a minute from our Riad. We enjoyed the camel riding and Tareq took lots of photos for us. At the dinner camp it was a great night, beautiful views and sunset, the meal was so nice especially for the price we paid. There was music and dancing and the night finished off with a brilliant fire show. Tareq was funny and a great guide. All in all definitely a great trip to do especially if you want a trip that doesn’t include quads. One tip though, make sure you wear your seat belt in the mini bus!!

Our trip to the Agafay desert was absolutely magical. The guide and driver were so warm and friendly from start to finish. The desert was filled with breath taking views and the camel ride was such fun. Our camp had great vibes and after a beautiful sunset we danced at a desert disco and ended the night with a wonderful fire show.

This was genuinely the highlight of my trip to Marrakech – and it was my second time visiting, so I had high expectations!
I booked it for my mum’s 60th birthday, and although I wasn’t particularly looking forward to the camel ride, it completely exceeded my expectations. It ended up being such a fun and memorable part of the experience.
Imrane was fantastic – so warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much history and so many interesting facts that I would never have known otherwise, which really elevated the whole day.
The evening was just as amazing. The dinner was delicious and the team were so attentive throughout. The dancing element was such a fun and unexpected highlight – no pressure to join in, but so enjoyable to watch people of all ages coming together and having fun.
Overall, the best thing I did in Marrakech – I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much to Imrane, Mehdi, and the team!

We had a great evening in the desert one hour from Marrakech! Tareq was an excellent guide and communicated well with us throughout the experience. This was such a fun tour ! Tareq was an excellent guide and very patient with our group as we were running a bit behind. Tour guide and driver were amazing!! Camel ride was fun. The view was gorgeous. Location for food was great, food was delicious. Unfortunately we had wind and rain so couldn’t have fire show but they tried to improvise and had music and dancing, which was great way to end evening.

This was a one of a kind experience. 10/10. Each stop on the tour was memorable. The camel ride was a bit scary but fun. The Agafay Desert was a highlight with the food and music. Everything was very welcoming. The fire show was splendid and our tour guide was so very patient and sweet. Highly recommend.

Amazing to see the sunset over the desert whilst having dinner. The camel ride was really good. I wasn't looking forward to it tbh, but the ground was rocky not sandy so it didn't lurch everywhere. As a tour guide Jawad was friendly and very informative
