Collection was arranged via WhatsApp. We received an image of the vehicle with license plate so knew what to look for. After the collection we received a message to ensure we were collected. We then picked up our Guide Omar. Who explained the Itinerary We stopped off at the local Womans Cooperative for argan oil. This will be an opportunity to buy your head scarf if you hadn't brought one. The guide can help you tie this. next we went to the spot for camels. where we waited our turn for the camel ride. The journey was short and perhaps 10-15 mins the camels spend all day doing this so this is more than enough time. We then went to the dinning and entertainment spot. We got there first, our guide explained its so that we get the pick of the table. This did give us an opportunity to watch the sunset and capture some stunning pictures. of the landscape. Our trip was during ramadan so alcohol was not available for sale. The traditional berber music roamed between the tables during the tail end of dinner. shisha is also available for purchase. The vibe was great and all the young people got up to dance. A rave completely powered by vibes. The fire show brings the night to and end at 20:20. we then got escorted to our camp which was approximately 10 mins by car. Unfortunately this is too late to really enjoy the area but we made the most of it with our host setting up a fire for us as it was rather chilly. This was delightful and incredibly wholesome. Our guide sat with us and answered all our questions. Our host family was also very sweet. They didn't speak English but we made due with what little french we knew. The morning we all got up for sunrise and breakfast outdoors. Breakfast was homemade bread, rotis, olives, the local peanut butter which is too die for jams and oils. We also had the traditional mint tea and coffee which is probably the best coffee we have had in Marrakesh we departed by 0930. The shower is pretty much what you would expect for a camp. I would recommend desert stay as it really was amazing. these activities are what you make them so if you aren't going to be a little whimsical and have fun it will be rather dull.

Lovely desert excursion

Very friendly tour guide knowledge of the local area was excellent. Transport to and from the different areas within the trip was faultless. And activities exactly what was advertised Albeit our camel ride was quite short. With the meal and entertainment being a lovely part of the trip. And the private sleeping area was delightful with sunrise in the desert absolutely fantastic.
