Fabulous experience of the desert. Quad biking was a hit with the 5 ‘ children ‘ in their twenties!! Camels also a great hit with baby camels wandering beside us.
Downside, I booked this tour because of good reviews , ours was booked for 2pm, moved to 3pm the night before we went. Our guide apparently wasn’t available on the day so we were put with another group. This guide had no interest in us whatsoever . Did nothing to inform us of where we were going, or sights. Didn’t get us to the front of the queue for camel rides so other tour groups kept going ahead of us, driver similarly uninterested and vanished at the end of the evening, so we stood around waiting for him to drive us home. Food pretty awful and cold, music deafening and long. The day before I messaged to ask if there was a pool, as the advert said yes but I couldn’t really see how there would be a pool in the desert. The company responded yes there was, totally not true, no pool . Having booked for what we thought was 6 hour outing, we got dropped off at 11pm. With our atlas mountain trip everyone was thanking and tipping the guide , this time no one tipped him and there was certainly no reason to. I’d recomend the trip but not with this company, sorry .

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the quad biking and camel ridE
That said, we’re truly sorry to hear that some aspects of the day didn’t meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few important points:
The change from 2pm to 3pm was made for your safety. During certain days, the heat in the early afternoon can be intense and unsafe for outdoor activities in the desert. We postponed your tour by one hour to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience, we check the weather informations everyday before the experience so we ensure that all our clients be safe and enjoy fully the experience and we informed you of this change the day before your activity.
Regarding the guide, your booking did not include the private guide option, which is why you were placed in a standard group. We always aim to provide a good experience for all clients, but we understand how important the human connection is and will follow up with our team to improve on this point.
As for the swimming pool, please note that all the desert camps we work with do have swimming pools. We’re unsure why you didn’t have access or didn’t see it on your visit, but we will investigate to avoid any future confusion.

They were very friendly, and the experience offers great value for the money.
The pick-up was 1.5 hours later than originally planned, but we were kept well informed along the way.
The quad bike ride lasted around 30–40 minutes (including time for photos), not the full hour as expected. We shared one quad, which actually turned out to be quite nice. The camel ride was also enjoyable, though again shorter than stated.
The food was very good, but the drum session could maybe be shortened or reevaluated.
The desert gets cold, so for those who don’t know this—even in summer—bring warm clothes!
The fire show was really impressive.
I recommend this trip if you want a small taste of everything. Just keep in mind that the stated times are more like guidelines, and don’t forget to dress warmly!

Thank you so much for your detailed and honest feedback!
We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed the overall vibe, the delicious food, the fire show, and the warm welcome from our team.
We’d like to sincerely apologize for the delay in the pick-up. This was due to the rescheduling of your booking, which required us to prioritize travelers who had booked for the original date without any changes. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re glad that you felt well informed throughout the wait.
Regarding the activity durations—especially the quad and camel rides—thank you for pointing that out. We’ll definitely take this into account to better align expectations and improve the flow of the experience, while keeping the friendly and relaxed atmosphere that our guests love.
And yes, you’re absolutely right the desert can get chilly even in summer! Great tip for future travelers

1st stop, 30min drive, at a place that makes perfumes and cosmetics with argan oil. They showed us how it's made and used with local tea.
Then off to the camp in the desert for quad bikes and camels, 40 min drive
The quads were fun, everyone got helmets. We went as fast as the slowest in the convoy (about 8 quads) so I'm sure the experience varies group to group, ours was pretty slow but it couldn't be helped.
The camel ride was great, 20min was enough for an experience and photos. The guy leading it was really funny and was great with the camera.
Food next, tagine and cuscus with a bottle of water.
The live music was hilarious, everyone had to join in, the more you resisted the more attention you got.
The fire show was amazing, the kid went around the circle so everyone go an up close experience.
All in all, worth the money and very enjoyable. Our tour leader Yahya was funny and attentive, they got him running around doing everything and he was very hospitable. The only critisism would be to get a handyman to the camp because it's a bit run down but it's hard to notice when the sun is down.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your full experience!
We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the variety of activities from the argan oil stop and tea tasting to the quad biking, camel ride, and the unforgettable evening at the camp. We're especially happy to hear Yahya made such a positive impression we'll make sure he gets your kind words!
We also appreciate your constructive feedback about the condition of the camp. It’s noted, and we’ll pass it on to the team for improvement. We're constantly working on enhancing the guest experience, and comments like yours help us grow.
