For airport arrivals, our driver will be waiting just outside the arrivals terminal with a sign bearing your full name. Please ensure you provide a working phone number with WhatsApp in case we need to contact you upon arrival. If your accommodation is inside the Medina (old town) where vehicles are not allowed, we will arrange a meeting point nearby or assist with a porter to walk you to your riad. Pickups from remote areas or countryside properties (e.g., Route de Fès, Route de l’Ourika, Palmeraie, Agafay, etc.) may require additional coordination and a small extra fee depending on distance. If your flight or arrival is delayed, don’t worry—we monitor all flights in real time and wait up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra charge. For departures, we recommend scheduling your pickup at least 3 hours before your flight to ensure timely arrival at Marrakech Airport.

This includes: Hotels, riads, and guesthouses across all Marrakech neighborhoods (Medina, Gueliz, Hivernage, Agdal, Palmeraie, etc.) Private villas, apartments, and Airbnbs (with full address provided) Train station (Gare de Marrakech) CTM or Supratours bus stations Restaurants, cafés, or other meeting points upon request If your riad is inside the Medina where cars cannot reach, our driver will drop you off at the closest accessible point and assist or arrange a porter service to your door if needed.

Booking went well, driver was on time. We got to the airport OK. He then insisted I owed him another €10 on top of the $40 I had already paid. There was never any mention of this beforehand.

2 hours late. Requested a happy birthday sign did not get. Driver had an attitude and barely spoke. When leaving airport he walked ahead of us felt like we were chasing him to the car.

After my flight being majorly delayed and being bundled out of the busy airport before being able to purchase a local sim or use the atm followed by an unfortunate miscommunication (entirely my fault) I found myself in a nightmare situation of having no signal, no cash on me and stranded alone on new years eve! This wonderful company sent the driver to collect me (3 hours after agreed time) at no extra cost and made sure I got to my hotel safely. The driver was lovely, really friendly and offered information about the areas of Marrakech along the way. Car was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent considering I was relying on a faint airport WiFi signal from outside! I am truly grateful for the patience and kindness shown towards me by both manager and driver. Use this company especially if travelling alone, they truly care about your safety

We booked our transfer while in line with customs and got a respond right away through WhatsApp. We were told our driver is on his way and sure enough Mohammad was waiting for us with my name sign as we exited. That was about 20 mins from when we booked it. Really efficient and prompt. The vehicle was clean and spacious. I highly recommend booking this company for private transfers.

tripe from airport was problematic but successful however the trip from the airport to the airport never happed. I texted the driver and called. the reply was my driver would be their at 0800 then when we woke the message said 0840. Long story short we took a cab, driver never showed and you don't want to miss an international trip back home. Disappointing because most everything worked out on this trip using Viator.

I would like to clarify that your booking with Marrakech First Trip was for a one-way transfer from the airport to your hotel at 3:30 PM. A few days later, you contacted us regarding a transfer from your hotel to the airport, but we do not have any record of this second booking.
Please kindly check with Viator or the platform where you made your reservation, as your return transfer may have been booked with another provider by mistake.
Regarding the times you mentioned, 8:00 AM and 8:40 AM, these do not correspond to your confirmed booking with us, which was scheduled at 3:30 PM.

Our ride never arrived and there was no way to communicate with them. We were left stranded at the Marrakech airport at 1 a.m. with no way to get to our hotel. Emailed, called, texted, used WhatsApp and 2 days later we have still had no reply. Took our money and we got nothing. Viator has not given us a refund.

Punctual
Which is always what you need when you're heading to the airport. Vehicle pleasant and in good condition.
I was even able to apply Viator credit to this, so cant beat the price . It just removes the stress of having to deal with a taxi the day of anyways- which is my least favorite part of traveling

This is not from and to Marrakech airport, when you arrive in the taxi after arranging collection back to the airport the demand you pay for the trip even though I tried explaining to them that it says from and to the airport. Overall I don’t really rate this, overall bad experience.

Please allow me to explain to you that you have only payed via viator only for one way transfer from Marrakech airport to the hotel on 11th August.
And you texted us via WhatsApp asking about another transfer on 14th August from your hotel to the airport and we informed you that yo have to pay 250MAD extra money for your second transfer from your hotel to the airport and you accepted it.
So your booking with us through Viator is only for one way on 11th August and not for your second transfer on 14th August at 03:00pm from hotel to airport.
But you, you got another transfer on14th August and you payed it extra directly to the driver.
In our product: Private Airport transfer from and to Marrakech Menara Airport we offer only one way transfer: from airport to hotel or from hotel to airport.
Sorry sir and excuse us for this misunderstood.
