The driver never responded to calls or messages. Never showed up. I ended up taking a taxi from airport.

Airport transfer

Our transfer was booked for 4:30pm, we landed early and our driver was 5min late not a good start, we got to the Madina and unfortunately our driver had no idea where our Riad was, so he asked for direction, we walked for over 20 minutes when in fact our Riad was only 2mins from the entry door but our driver had parked at the wrong side of the Madina. We were not impressed. When you book this service you expect the driver to be waiting for you and know where he is going otherwise you get a taxi and work it out for yourself and its cheaper .

We thank you for your comment. We are sorry for what happened because this is a problem beyond our control because we only transfer from the airport to the hotel, but unfortunately in the old city we cannot enter by car to the hotel door because the alleys are small. But despite that, we do not leave the customers alone. We escort them to the hotel door, for example, what happened with you. The driver stayed with you and helped you with the bags until I brought you to the hotel door. He stayed with you and protected you and helped you drag the bags until I got you to the hotel door.
