Hamid was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the history of Marrakech. He also helped us navigate the souks. Whatever we asked for he was more than happy to help us. I would 1000% recommend this tour and when I come back I will be asking for Hamid!

Experience was very nice as long as you haven’t already purchased argon oil (every tour brings you to argon oil place where they put on hard sell). We also didn’t realize that we needed cash for entrance fees (which weren’t included) or that we needed to purchase jardin Marjorelle tix in advance. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He (and his jolly personality) was the best part of the tour.

Memorable Marrakech walking tour

My mother and I wanted a private tour to help us navigate the souk and terrain of Marrakech and we read some great reviews and decided to book this tour. Hamid arrived early and was waiting for us outside of the riad we stayed at. He was very knowledgeable of the history of his country, the dynasties and of Marrakech. He emphasized safety and anytime a motorbike was approaching, he held his arm out to protect us. He also helped us cross the streets with ease. We never felt pressure to purchase anything during the tour and I am a vegetarian and the restaurant he brought us to for lunch had plenty of veggie options which made me very happy. The sites we visited were breathtaking. The architecture, the opulent history and colors were wonderful. The highlight for us was towards the end of the tour, we took a bit of a “pizza” adventure and met the fantastic owner and just wow, lots of laughter and fun. Thank you very much gentlemen for your kindness and hospitality.

It is our understanding that our guide did everything to fulfill your extra wishes and changed the day as you liked it. After a long lunch break, since you were not interested in continuing with the afternoon program (Jardin Majorelle), our guide went to the medina with you to see some more there instead. I am sorry we couldn't visit more locations within the car as you wanted, but it is just not possible in the medina, as most of the places are not accessible by car. Regarding your mention that the tour didn't last 7 hours - please be aware the 7 hour length does include pick-up, drop-off, and lunch stops as well. As you began the day at 9:00AM and finished at 4:00PM, you did receive the full 7-hour experience. We regret you felt our services were only average, but we do hope you enjoyed your overall time in Morocco.

Erst einmal ein Kompliment für die reibungslose Buchung und Abweichung über das Portal. Auch die Vielzahl der Angebote wären toll. Sharif, unser Guide kam pünktlich ins Hotel und wir hatten wahrlich eine tolle Zeit miteinander. Nicht nur, dass Sharif viel zu erzählen hatte, uns alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zeigte und in perfektem Deutsch erklärte. Er war zudem ein super feiner Mann, sehr integer und lustig zudem. Sollte ich wieder einmal Marrakesch besuchen und das wird ganz sicher geschehen, weil Marrakesch eine super tolle Stadt ist, dann werde ich wieder versuchen Sharif zu kontaktieren...

Unser Reiseleiter hat uns pünktlich in unserem Riad abgeholt, zu Fuß mehrere Stunden die Stadt und die Souks gezeigt, gut und interessant erklärt, dann waren wir noch Mittagessen gemeinsam, bei einem zertifizierten Laden für Gewürze und Arganöl, wo wir viel eingekauft haben! Abschließend, wie reserviert, Taxi nach Majorelle, was reizend ist, Abholung zurück mit Taxi war bissl verspätet, klappte dann aber doch. Sehr empfehlenswert!
