Extraordinaire ce cours de cuisine dans une ambiance très familiale,authentique et joviale. Un grand grand merci à la chef!!! Et a sa famille ( Halima ,Laila...) Vraiment un très bon moment qui nous a permis d'apprendre à cuisiner et déguster une pastilla un tajine et un bon dessert à base de fraises.De très bons conseils, et les recettes en plus... On recommande à 100%. Fait en famille avec 2 enfants/ados

Asna a été merveilleuse. Nous avons eu une belle communication avant sur le lieu de rdv et avec notre petit groupe nous avons choisi le menu du jour puis fait les courses au marché comme elle le ferait au quotidien. Elle nous a appris plein de choses des choix des produits, de la négociation, de l'art de vivre marocain ... Puis elle nous a accueilli les bras ouverts chez elle, avec sa famille pour prendre un thé traditionnel avec des gâteaux avant de nous ateller à la cuisine ! Un super moment convivial où nous avons posé 1000 questions et auxquelles Asna répondait avec bienveillance. Après avoir dégusté notre superbe repas (entrée pastilla de légumes, plat Tajine de poulet aux pruneaux, dessert passtilla de fruits) nous aussi préparé le thé, et sommes repartis avec des fiches recettes et un moment magique avec elle et sa famille dont Chef Laila sa maman :) Je recommande !!
