The drive out there was long, but the company was very organised, the guide knowledgeable, and the Cascades Ouzoud were beautiful.

Actually the tour was operated 100% also I have contacted you in the same morning at 7:45am to the following number but it was a wrong one +33 6 62 77 17 49 we talked to someone else who was sleeping and he streamed for my colleague becouse we call this person so many times and neither that I was also contacted you via email which is the vaitor email but you did not respond to us and it's not really fairly to write me a bad review becouse I have all the prove about what I'm saying

I loved this trip as it was varied in the things you do. The boat trip was a lovely addition to get some great pictures and lots of guides were willing to take some fantastic shots (which helps as a solo traveller). The worst part was being collected. The ticket said 8am. There was no other communication (unlike when you use Get Your Guide - this was my first time using Viator). There was massive confusion over my collection. Eventually, after being told the trip had started, someone arrived at 9.16am to collect me. Very disorganised in that sense.

Amazing trip! Learnt so much about the the Ouzoud waterfalls and the those who live in the area. Khalid our tour guide was superb at translating and leading the group. A lot a walking which left us all sleepy but overall a great experience

The excursion was absolutely amazing! They were 40 minutes late to pick us up but I messaged them & they provided updates, but they more than made up for it. The guide we had was very knowledgeable & gave great customer service, I particularly liked that he told the people selling monkey food not to treat the monkeys badly. We had so much fun sat & played the drums with the guide & some locals & the memories I made from this trip will last a lifetime. The waterfall & surroundings are simply stunning, this trip is a must!

El lugar está muy bien, pero no elegís donde comer porque el guía te lleva a donde le conviene y además te pide amablemente que es obligatorio darle una propina. Te intentan cobrar la barca aunque cojas el pack incluido. Si que hablan español.

Lo único bueno fue el conductor. El guía no servía para nada porque no explico nada cuando empezó diciendo que iba a dar varias explicaciones, y para variar nos llevó al peor restaurante de la zona. Al día siguiente mi pareja y yo tuvimos bastante diarrea. Nada recomendable

Pour l’excursion et le guide: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Superbe journée passée dans un Magnifique paysage en compagnie d’Omar, un guide formidable, enjoué qui personnalise l’aventure avec humour et nous donne vraiment envie d’en apprendre plus sur la culture. Ce qui a d’ailleurs rendue l’excursion des plus intéressantes. Belle rencontre aussi avec les singes qui y vivent en captivité.
Prendre note que la remontée demande une certaine endurance, puisqu’elle est quelque peu exigeante physiquement. Certaines personnes moins en forme de notre groupe l’ont trouvé difficile, mais Omar nous indiquait par où aller pour poursuivre et il attendait patiemment ceux un peu plus lent.
Des frais de 10 dirham sont aussi à prévoir pour le tour de bateau tout près des chutes, alors qu’il était pourtant inscrit comme étant inclu dans le prix initial. Par contre, le coût est minime pour un peu de rafraîchissement très apprécié à cette étape du trajet.
Pour le transport: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Premièrement, on nous a demandé de nous rendre au Café la France tout près de notre Riad, où nous étions les 2e à embarquer, dans un bus confortable, climatisé avec wifi. S’en est suivi par la suite de 20 minutes de tournage en rond sur la place Jemaa el fan et dans les rue avoisinantes pour finir à 2 minutes à pied du Café la France, où on nous a dit qu’on devait changer de transport. Comme nous étions maintenant les derniers à embarquer dans ce 2e transport, ma fille et moi n’avons même pas pu nous asseoir ensemble. Et ce bus n’était clairement pas climatisé, a peine tempéré. Le trajet dure environ 3h avec une petite pause d’une quinzaine de minutes. Même chose pour le retour. Les routes pour s’y rendre sont très sinueuses, alors gens sensible au mal des transports,
Un gros merci à Omar, sans qui cette expérience n’aurait pas été la même.
