Excellent trip but expect a 10 hour round trip. Was very hot when we did it so the walk was heavy going in bits. The boat ride by the waterfall cooled you down though!! The guides were very knowledgeable

Nice Tour But Low Respect for Monkeys in the Place

The tour is very good actually. Very toursits-oriented. Out of the 10 hours of the tour, you stay more in the minibus than at the actual waterfalls, but for a one-day tour there is no other choices. Btw I suggest to consider to stay one night there, so you can see the waterfalls when it is less crowded, and with the sunset and sunrise light. I put 3 stars for the following reason: in the tour you're gonna see some monkeys; they sell you some nuts so they come on your shoulder and you can make a picture. It's not the best thing: animals should live in their natural way. I don't want to imagine what happens to these monkeys when there is no tourists; they're probably gonna suffer hunger as used to be fed. Then one orribile scene happened: two young guys gave a chupa chups to a monkey, plastic included. They were in another group. The guide of that group (DONT KNOW THE AGENCY), instead of stopping them, laughed and invited the group to make pictures. There is no fault of our guide, but I feel there is no respect in the animals. By buying these organized tours, you support an disrespectful tourism, so I suggest to go by yourself and enjoy this nature beuty.

This is an amazing tour and a place to visit - I highly recommend it. I was a little sceptical as it might not be as good as it was in photos but it 100% was. Our guide and driver were all amazing as well and made the trip easy and seamless. Make sure you get out there and see it.

Outstanding day trip outside of Marrakesh

This was an excellent day trip outside of Marrakesh. The ride out to the falls was fine - it's interesting getting outside of the city and it's nice having the stop midway there and midway back. I suppose the guide at the falls can make or break the trip. Our guide was Samir and he did such a great job. So impressed with his language skills and the knowledge he has of the area. He is very friendly and he labeled our group the happy group. We always knew when it was time to move on because he'd call out for the happy group to move on. The scenery in the area is of course, stunning. Lunch was great - it's more expensive than what we have found in Marrakesh but to be fair, you're not finding these views in Marrakesh. This was a superb day and we would definitely recommend it.

We were falling a lot and he made sure we felt safe and looked after us very well. He made our experience 1000x better and when I come back inshallah I definitely want him back! Great day out. Guide was a happy chap and quite interesting. Falls are impressive especially if there’s been rain fall in last week or two. The food at the restaurant overlooking the falls is good; a small salad starter, a tagine, mint tea was 130 dirhams - about £11. There are some wild monkeys along the trail who will happily sit on your shoulder if you bribe them with a bit of fruit!

I don’t like tours as I always feel rushed. But not on this one, no rush to do anything, plenty time to take photos or anything else. This tour was brilliant and tour guide Mohamed was so tentative to needs of his group and very nice and helpful. I’ve got separate from the group by my own mistake and Mohamed did his best to find me. My friend uses stick to walk and Mohamed was always helping her on the way down. About tour. When you get there you pay 30 mad to tour guide. I read some reviews that they felt this was scam. Common you pay £15 for the bus to there. Then you get the guide. I thought this was perfect, as I wouldn’t like the driver who drives 3 hours there and then 3 hours back to be my guide. I’m happy that he had rest and drove us safely back. I had a lovely day, saw beautiful waterfall and country side. Thank again to Mohamed who help to have a wonderful day and enjoy Morocco

One of the biggest issues that we experienced was the one hour wait for the pick-up. This delay was really frustrating and set a negative tone for the rest of the trip. Additionally, we didn't receive full information about what was happening and we didn't have a choice of where to eat or what to do - our guide Mohammed lead us to one specific restaurant which was too crowded and the food wasn’t so good. Basically, it seemed like everyone just wanted to charge us for everything, without providing a quality experience - starting from restaurant, monkey feeding or even guide himself (although at the beginning payment for guide was optional, but later on we didn’t have a choice and we had pay him). It seemed like their main goal was to lead us to places where we could spend money, rather than providing informative commentary or interesting insights. We would have appreciated more information about the area or just having some free time rather than just being led around to various vendors and shops. If you're considering a trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls, it's important to know what you're getting into. While there are definitely some beautiful natural sights to see, there are also some issues that may detract from your overall enjoyment of the day. Overall, while it was good to leave Marrakesh for a day and enjoy some nature, the experience itself was not great. There were some issues with the tour operator, such as the lack of communication, late pick up, and limited choice that detracted from the overall experience. We would recommend finding a different tour operator if you want a more enjoyable and informative experience

Excursión recomendada! El recorrido es agradable y las cascadas son espectaculares. Se nota que lo tienen bien montado. Lo único negativo es que al llegar allí el guía nos obligó a pagarle 3€ y ese gasto no estaba especificado en la web. Un panorama exceptionnel qui se mérite : 2h30 de route allée, idem au retour avec un mini bus où la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas avec la chaleur. Bien mettre une tenue confortable et des chaussures de marche, après le trajet il faudra marcher une petite heure dans un chemin escarpé. Pas de baignade à l'arrivée mais une vue à couper le souffle, une balade en radeau rafraîchissante et la compagnie des singes en remontant.
