Our driver and your house Sofiel was amazing! He was with us in every of the stops we made making sure we were taken care off. Our stop at the women's cooperative was great, the Camel and Quad ride spectacular, followed by a Moroccan dinner and Fire show. We highly recommend this tour ! We paid for the private driver to go to Agafay, the driver cancelled on us due to weather and medical issues — we were not given an alternative choice. The company refused to refund our money for the experience. We wanted to do the small group but were told private was option. They took our money and did not deliver the service and refused to refund for the trip. HUGE SCAM and worst experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT RECOMMEND at al these dishonest and unprofessional and untrustworthy company.

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your experience with our company. We would like to clarify the events of that day to provide a complete picture for other travelers. Our team was fully prepared to provide your private Agafay Desert experience as booked. However, the schedule for that day was significantly delayed due to an extended, unscheduled stop for shopping during your morning Ourika Valley tour, which exceeded the allotted time for your hiking itinerary. While we strive to be as flexible as possible, the delay caused by this change in plans made it impossible to complete the second part of your itinerary on time. We attempted to communicate this to you and worked to maintain the booking, but ultimately, the decision was made not to participate in the Agafay portion of the tour. Because all arrangements, transport, and services for the Agafay trip had been finalized and paid for in advance, we were unable to process a refund for these reserved services. We always aim to provide a high-quality experience for our guests and encourage all travelers to adhere to the planned itinerary to ensure all parts of the tour can be completed as expected.

Highly recommend this experience when visiting Morocco. Amazing value for money! Everything was perfectly organized, and the attention to detail really made it stand out. From the start, the booking process was smooth, and communication with Aziz was easy and reliable. A special mention to our driver, Jamal, who was fantastic very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the trip. He truly made us feel well looked after. The highlight of the experience was the stunning sunset, followed by a delicious dinner and continuous live entertainment, which created such a fun and memorable atmosphere. Overall, an unforgettable experience that I would absolutely recommend!

Magnificent tour today with our Viator Guru, Soufiane. He was amazing. Took care of all our needs, explained activities and what to expect from each. Looked after us and anticipated all our needs. Once in a lifetime tour to Agafay desert. Drive along miles and miles of desert landscaping to reach our destination. Here we went to explore the interior of the desert on self driven ATVs for an hour followed by riding beautiful, well kept camels to watch as the sun set. Followed by a delicious dinner and entertainment at a desert resort. Too cold at this time of year but also included in this marvelous experience. Highly recommend this adventure

The best desert evening experience in Marrakech

I was very pleased with this desert experience tour. There are so many different ones to choose from, and I'm so glad I picked this company. I ended up having a private driver, Ashraff, the whole evening. First he took me to the area where I had a quad bike ride just me and the guide. I was a little cautious, but the guide let me ride slowly until I got better at it! Then I got to do a camel ride, just me and the guide and he got some great pictures for me. After this, Ashraff drove me to the camp, where I was able to sit by the pool (too cold to get in!) and relax and watch the sunset. The dinner buffet was very good and the entertainment was excellent. There were other guests there, but not crowded and it seemed like the right amount of people.

Our driver Soufean was amazing. Picked us up on time and explained everything, stopped and bought water. Quads were amazing and camel ride was good dressed in blues. Not to long which was good. Shame the water was too cold to swim but had a great time relaxing and watching the sunset. The entertainment was good and got people up and dancing. Food and fire show was amazing. Definitely would recommend.

Agafay Desert Experience — Highlights with Helpful Travel Tips!

We had a good Agafay Desert experience with some definite highlights and a few areas that could be improved. Our driver, Soufean, truly made the day for us. He was on time, polite, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the evening. When I became very sore and uncomfortable after our quad ride and decided to skip the camel ride, Soufean stayed with me, made sure I was comfortable, had me wait indoors, and even prepared hot Moroccan tea for me. His kindness and thoughtfulness definitely deserves a special mention. The quad experience itself was just okay. Two of us were on one quad. After about an hour it became quite uncomfortable for the back rider. A heads-up from the provider would have been helpful—especially about how muddy and wet the ride could get because of the rain. Our clothes and shoes were covered in a layer of mud and soaking wet. It would have been great if we had been advised in advance to bring a change of clothes. Being wet and muddy made the dining experience less enjoyable. The dinner was good, with a couple of vegetarian options available, along with salad and dessert, which we appreciated. The fire show was enjoyable albeit not the most grand I’ve seen before. Overall, the experience was good, and Soufean’s exceptional care and hospitality offset the discomfort resulting from the quad ride. With a bit more upfront communication about the quad ride conditions and comfort expectations, this could have been an even better experience.

We went on a combined adventure trip which included quad biking, a camel ride and a buffet dinner at a luxury camp with a music and fire show. The hotel transfer was pleasant. The driver was on time and polite, and we the other guests were friendly and polite as well. The drive out was pretty long (about 1hr 30 from Medina/old town), but the driver let us play our own music and we were given bottled water. The quad biking was a bit of a mix. It may be best to have a single quad bike for each person, as while the views are wonderful and the drivers of each vehicle may enjoy the ride, the rocky roads and constantly changing slopes can be uncomfortable for any passengers. However, it truly is an enjoyable visual experience to drive through the desert. The camel ride was comfortable enough, if a little short, but that's understandable as the sun was beginning to set. The buffet and show were a little mixed. The show itself was very fun. With gnawa music before dinner and during, as well as another music group. The fire show after dinner was also very impressive and a wonderful way to end the day. The food itself was okay, but portions were generous (it’s a buffet). All in all, this is a great experience to do and see a lot of things at once, and enjoy being in the dessert!

This was a fantastic, must do activity. It started a bit bumpy as I had accidentally chosen the incorrect hotel for pickup in the app. However, the company was so fantastic that they sent another driver to come pick us up. He drove us directly out to the desert, about an hour outside the city, and to our camel/quad outfitter. The camels were fantastic and as an avid horseback riders, it was a unique experience. Although they were tethered for the walk, our guide told us they can run ~45km/hr. The quads were exceptional and our guide put us at the perfect high point spot for the sunset! Not his first rodeo. The dinner afterwards was excellent but not well communicated. For quite a while everyone was sitting inside the dining room but no instructions were shared as to what was to happen nor when. The cultural bands were good and did their best to involve the crowd in their music. The food was presented on a large buffet and the vegetarian couscous with the sweet(ish) sauce was extra tasty. Our driver then took us back to the hotel. We were out for ~4.5 hours and arrived after the big group and left before they did. Note, the desert does get very cold at night! Come with layers.

It seems there was a bit of a "wait-and-see" atmosphere that could have been avoided with a simple briefing. The day was fantastic, Jamal (driver) was lovely and very accommodating, dropped us as close to our riad as possible. The whole experience was seemless, food was beautiful and plenty off it, the service was excellent too. The entertainment with the fire was great way to end the evening. I don’t usually write reviews unless something exceeds expectations or disappoints by a large margin. In this case it was the latter. There was no, no water or tea as advertised, and no restroom on arrival. Camel and quad was cool. The “luxury pool” was stunning but annoyingly we arrived when it was dark and already cold. Would have been lovely to do this earlier in the day. Also the dinner was a buffet which was disappointing to say the least, felt like I was at 2 star all inclusive. There was a fire show at the end which just about saved the night. Thoroughly disappointed, and in no way luxurious.

We did this tour with a private driver, which was nice, because we were able to leave immediately after the post-dinner show. Quads were the best. Camel ride was fun too (not too long). Pool experience and dinner were OK. Fire show was impressive and exciting ending. Be forewarned: no beer/wine/alcohol served at pool or dinner.

This is excellent value for money… lovely guide & coach driver, the transport was air conditioned & comfortable. Quads were brilliant, camel ride wasn’t long (30 mins) but long enough for me. Food, facilities & entertainment at the end of the day were brilliant. Guests were involved with the show, dancing & having fun. We were picked up at 14:40 & back at our hotel by 22:00. Great day out, would definitely recommed.

Fadil was a wonderful driver. We were picked up just minutes from our riad and I really appreciated that we were sent the license plate for the car picking us up. Car had air conditioning and the drive wasn’t too far. Great experience with the ATVs & camels. Plenty of time to relax by the pool and swim if you wish before dinner. One of the best tagines we had our whole trip.

I was really wanting to experience that desert life - and this hit the mark! Had a blast riding quads and camels then enjoying dinner and shows. I appreciate the proactive communication for pickup - driver and guide were responsive. Upon arrival we had a desert storm with wind gust and some sprinkles. We waited for it to die down a bit then hopped on the quads and rode around the desert. We did go slower I’m sure for safety reasons since it was still windy, and sand hitting you hurts! Then we switched to camel ride, which was a whole different experience getting on and off a camel. I had a slightly sassy camel too, which was fun. Guides made sure we had photo opportunities. Then we headed to the ‘camp’ for dinner and two shows. One was a cultural music show, where at the end they had some of us dancing with them. The last show was a fire show, which was awesome to see at night. Dinner was good, buffet style. I enjoyed the couscous, veggies, and variety of meats. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the pool but it was beautiful to see the pool area with desert and sunset background. Overall, everyone was incredibly welcoming, fun, and helpful. Honestly, such a great deal for various experiences all packed in one.

This trip is absolutely fantastic and great value for money. They manage to pack in so many activities and are they do them all brilliantly! From the outset, our reservation agent communicated well with us despite our very last minute booking! Our guide Fadil was fantastic; he was really well-informed and organised which is very important when keeping to a busy schedule. Fadil was very accommodating and made sure we got the very best experience. The quad biking was a real highlight- and I was pleasantly surprised that we spent a full hour roaming around the desert on the quad bikes! This was definitely the best quad biking experience I have had and the views were phenomenal! Also, despite booking one quad bike for two people, the guide made sure that we stopped mid way so we both got a chance to ride. The guides were also brilliant at capturing photos of us on our phones at no extra fee which I really appreciated! The pool and restaurant are just beautiful- and the entertainment is fantastic. The food was fantastic and every member of staff made us feel welcome. I cannot recommend this trip enough- it is fantastic value for money and a must-do activity whilst visiting Marrakech.
