We had a wonderful time on the Pagsanjan Falls – Taal Volcano – Tagaytay Ultimate Day Tour, and our guide JC made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day fun while sharing interesting information about each place we visited.
Everything was well organized and we never felt rushed, which allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful views and amazing destinations.
A big thank you as well to our driver Noi, who was excellent and drove safely the entire trip.

We had a wonderful time on the Pagsanjan Falls – Taal Volcano – Tagaytay Ultimate Day Tour, and our guide JC made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day fun while sharing interesting information about each place we visited.
Everything was well organized and we never felt rushed, which allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful views and amazing destinations.

We were told in advance that we wouldn't be able to do the full falls tour due to dangerously high water and given options. We chose to do the shorter tour to the first set of falls only, which reduced our ride by around an hour but it was still a nice experience. We were there early and it was less busy than I expected (and cooler!). You also need to be prepared to get a bit wet on the second boat trip to see the volcanoes if you go Nov - Jan as windy and choppy during those months. We were blessed with clear sunny skies for our last stop at the People's Park so had tremendous 360 dgree views right back to downtown Manila. We enjoyed the tour and Albert was a friendly and helpful. It was 11 hours door to door but you do spend around half the time driving.

We didn't go to Pagsanjan due to dangerous water levels, we went to another waterfalls. What made it wonderful were the guides that knew the area and compensated for our disappointment. They catered to our likes and dislikes. Very good and meaningful experience.

We had such an amazing day with YOLO Travel Phillipines!
We booked the Canoe trip to the waterfall and Taal Mountain and the People in the Sky lookout.
Our guide, Via and driver Kyle were fantastic. Always smiling and friendly, helpful all the time. They were right on time to pick us up which is amazing for the Philippines. We were running late but Via was so understanding and calm.
We were a bit nervous about the canoe trip up to the falls but Via reassured us that the boatmen were very experienced and would make sure everything went smoothly and safely which they did. The rains made the rapids very strong and the boatmen had to be really careful which they were. They made such a top effort to make sure we got to the falls and we got to go under the falls as well with the bamboo raft which was an unexpected bonus and well worth it just for the wet memory!
Then we took a boat trip around Taal Volcano which was great. Guide told us how many active and dormant volcanoes there were. Got a little rough but the driver was careful to keep us dry (well almost!).
Then we went to the People in the Sky lookout. Unfortunately the weather had deteriorated and we didn’t see anything from the lookout but that didn’t stop Kyle and Via taking us up there and giving us the chance to look around, hunt for some souvenirs and take a ride on a Jimny stretch car so famous in Manila. They could have just said let's skip this one because the weather is really bad, but instead they made every effort to take us to all our stops and give us the opportunity to experience everything even if the weather let us down. They also made an additional stop, part way down the mountain where the weather was better so we could at least see most of the view which we really appreciated.
Lastly, Via took us to an open vegetable and fruit market where she gave us a rundown of some of the fruits from the area and we got to sample miniature bananas and something like Lychees. It was great and an unexpected treat to finish things off.
As it was a private tour, we didn’t have to wait for anyone else, so we had plenty of time to enjoy each activity. We also got our own boat up to the falls and on Taal Lake to get a close up of the volcanoes which was much better than a full carriage. If you’re coming from a cruise ship, I’d definitely recommend booking a private tour like this.
The roads were pretty windy at times, but the driver Kyle was fantastic and always kept safety first at all times. All in all, the tour was incredible. YOLO Travel Philippines and our guide Via really went above and beyond to make it a perfect day.
If you’re visiting Manila make sure you do this tour but keep in mind you need 13-14 hours to do it all as it’s 2 hours to get to each destination. Great trip and guides!

Travel agency sent us a guide who was not prepared for the tour. Did minimal guiding and slept through most part of the journey. He was not aware of what was included in the tour and had to call his boss several times to verify. Was disappointed that Viator worked with such sub-standard agent.

Def recommend this day tour! Nano and Kuya driver was great- they went beyond to make sure we had a great time!
Tips-
- Bring bathing suit and water shoes and change of clothes. U will get wet during canoe/waterfall portion (very refreshing).
- Make sure u tip your 2 canoe drivers- they work very hard to show u the waterfalls.
- Bring cel phone protector and some cash. Protect your phone- lots of great pictures opportunities and u will have a stop break- enjoy some cold beer and buy your drivers some lunch!

Our guide Yves was great! We went to Pagsanjan falls first. As mentioned before take money to tip the paddlers for your canoe up to the falls then the guys that rope you into the waterfall itself. If you have contacts keep your eyes closed in the waterfall, almost lost one. But it was fun! Very pretty paddle up and down the river. Maybe look up if it’s a windy season, our Taal Volcano boat ride was VERY choppy and we got soaked. The guy did the best he could and was fantastic the wind was just rough. So if you go and it’s windy, bring 2 sets of clothes bc you get wet twice. Third stop was Tagaytay. Very pretty but cold, especially if you’re still wet. They do sell long sleeve shirts at the top! Great views and lots of souvenirs. *don’t forget your towel!*

Highly recommend expedition if you want to see the natural beauty of the rivers and mountains of the Philippines. Tour guide Asia did a great job of communication.
Be prepared to get wet and go for a swim if you would like. You can get up close and personal with the falls. Bonus would be prepared with some swimming goggles if you decided to get into the falls.
Great way to see the country side.

Me and my wife had the absolute BEST day of our trip to the Philippines with this tour! Our guide Yves and our driver put on the effort to ensure we had an awesome time, and we’re safe while doing it. They stopped in the morning to allow us some time to grab breakfast at a shop since we had not eaten yet. On the way to the Waterfall, we stopped at a local food stand where our guide told us they were selling a Filipino dessert that was seasonal and bought us some to try. The waterfall was so majestic, the boat ride to the volcano was incredible, and Tagaytay was a very peaceful place with amazing views to end our day of adventure. 10/10 would recommend!

The place was amazing . Our guide, Sean, was nice and attentive. We had a great time. The boatmen were incredibly strong and dedicated. On the whole , it was a good experience. Pity that we could not reach the main waterfall because of the rain of the previous days and too bad that it was too long to get to Tagaytay and Pasanjan and back to Manila ( aprox 5 h excursion, 7 hours on the road)

Highly recommend this excursion. Quite a bit more expensive if you are booking for only one person, but they are the only company I could find who even provided this option. (Bonus: if no one else signs up, you end up with your own private tour!)
Sean (guide) and Pedro (driver) are both fantastic! They aim to please, and excel in doing so! I really appreciated how Sean took the time to contact me the day before to confirm pickup details, food preferences and items to bring. The lunch was also delicious! Thank you for the wonderful memories! ☺️☺️
