Great waterfall tour!
What a wonderful day trip with guide Criz. I was the only traveler and the trip was great. The waterfall is such a great escape from the city area. It rained a bit in the morning but that added more fun to the trip. I recommend bringing extra clothing to change because YOU WILL get wet.

Amazing day
What a great experience! Our driver was really friendly and patient, advised us on scams and what to avoid. The experience was so much fun!

Amazing!
This is a wonderful experience that yiu definitely should do. The boat ride up and down the river was beautiful. And wear a swim suit for the raft to the waterfalls. You don't go around the falls, you go inside the falls.

Not Pagsanjan experience but better
We didn't go to Pagsanjan due to dangerous water levels, we went to another waterfalls. What made it wonderful were the guides that knew the area and compensated for our disappointment. They catered to our likes and dislikes. Very good and meaningful experience.

We had a wonderful time...
We had a wonderful time on the Pagsanjan Falls – Taal Volcano – Tagaytay Ultimate Day Tour, and our guide JC made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day fun while sharing interesting information about each place we visited.
Everything was well organized and we never felt rushed, which allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful views and amazing destinations.
A big thank you as well to our driver Noi, who was excellent and drove safely the entire trip.
Highly recommended tour and a great team!

Amazing day at Pagsanjan, Taal, and Tagaytay!
Had a wonderful time on this tour. The visit to Pagsanjan Falls was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The boatmen were amazing. Our guides Eddy and Nona were a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. They made the trip worthwhile for sure. Our driver Pedro was also very entertaining and great at handling the traffic. I highly recommend.

Day out at the falls
I really enjoyed the trip today, Kyra our guide was very nice and made sure they were got to where we needed on time.
The only downside is that although the boats were great fun it is clearly very commercial and not relaxing when you get to the waterfall. We were ushered instantly from the boats too the raft then straight back to the boats , this made us difficult to enjoy it as much as we could have and I struggled to even find time to take a picture.
It's a long way to go to be rushed so much, I may add this was coming purely from the boatmen not from the guide. Worth the experience though hence 5 stars.

Incredible but...
This is an incredible experience however it is a long drive from Manila, you need to have cash because everyone is expecting a tip and you don't spend that long at the waterfall. The tour guide was friendly and had lots of facts about manila on the way there. On arrival you can get changed and then get on the boat. Don't let the lady take your picture if you're not going to buy it as a souvenir at the end (400 pesos for two photos). The boatmen are incredible and carry the boat with you in it upstream at some points. It is hard work while you enjoy incredible views of the river. The seating position in the boat is not the most comfortable for 2 hours but it's important for boat balance. At half way the boatmen take a break and you're asked if you want to buy food and drinks for your boatmen (400 pesos for two cokes and some chicken). It's hard to say no when you've just watched them drag you upstream but I'm not convinced they have time to eat it as after pictures they then get you back on the boat. Once you get to the waterfall you have chance for pictures then there is a bamboo raft that takes you behind the waterfall. The raftmen want a tip. Then you get back on the boat and shoot the rapids downstream back. There is not time to relax and just take in the waterfall and we felt a bit rushed. You have to wear a lifejacket and helmet and we didn't get chance to take these off for our photos. Once you're back you tip your boatmen, then you can shower, get changed and then have lunch. The food was OK but we felt the vibe shifted when we didn't buy extra drinks or the souvenir photos. Overall the nature and views are incredible but it's a little ruined by the pressure to tip everyone individually (3 raftmen, 2 boatmen, driver, tour guide, cooks and host).

Unforgettable experience
It was fantastic, picked up at our hotel, travel ~2.5hrs out of Manila where we were taken out by 2 boatmen (who worked very hard) on a long canoe trip to the waterfall. Only downside is we didn’t get the option to swim as promised, as soon as we reached the top you get on a big wooden raft and get taken under the waterfall and then we were straightaway ushered back onto the canoe to head back. There is also a lot of asking for tips by the locals but otherwise was a great experience :)

Amazing private tour - highly recommend for the flexibility!
This was an incredible day trip with our guide Edwin! Booking the private tour was absolutely worth it since we had the flexibility to go at our own pace and take bathroom breaks as needed given it is a long day in the car.
Pagsanjan Falls was absolutely incredible! The guides paddle and pull you up river through 17 rapids in a canoe while you sit and enjoy the view. The last 50 meters or so you transfer to a bamboo raft that will take you directly under the waterfall to the cave behind it. I don't know if it was just our luck but a huge benefit of the private tour was that we felt like we had the whole river to ourselves. Just as we were finishing a different large tour group was just starting with a dozen or so canoes at the same time.
The whole experience took about 12 hours but it was well worth it. Edwin made the journey enjoyable, flexible and had great communication which made all the difference for the long day!

The whole canoe...
The whole canoe experience was memorable. From the beautiful scenery to the ride on the raft at the waterfalls. The trip back with rapids was great too. We had fantastic tour guides for the drive up and back from the location and with their local expertise, we got some great duck at a local store and a Buko pie at the original pie shop for this delicacy.
