Nice experience to see cultural songs and dance of Philippines for first timers in Manila. So family be proud of Folipino heritage.

It's a buffet dinner with a cultural show. It was very entertaining, the performance are very good with lots of colorful local attire. We enjoyed it very much.

The food was good and the dancers were phenomenal! An absolute delight of a performance that tourists should attend!

I enjoyed the cultural experience of the dancers. They were good. The food was not that terrific. Most of it was cold or lukewarm at best. There was not a big variety of foods. Very pedestrian. Not a lot of different foods from Manila.

When booking this tour, I thought it was an event that you go to and experience the Filipino culture. However, that's not the case. It was a restaurant that provides this cultural dance and it includes food. If you can book directly at the restaurant, that will save you lots of money. Because booking through this medium is too expensive and all the service they provide is transportation and booking the table at the restaurant. However, Barbara's restaurant is a must do if you are in Manila.

Good food, great show, nice venue.
The restaurant was inside Intramuros and had an antique ornate flare to it. The show had its own musicians with guitars and bandurias , and they also worked the brass gongs during the Sinkil dance. Great experience overall!

We wanted to revisit our cultural heritage. This tour made our trip more meaningful. Retelling the history was a good thing to know again. The cultural dances are very entertaining. The food was great! Overall was an unforgettable experience and especially to our 94 year old mother, who they sang Happy Birthday. Thank you for a tour like this. We were tourists as we now live in California.

What a fun evening, started with my amazing tour guide Malou, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had a fantastic Filipino meal, options great and oh so yummy.
Show was great, musicians & dancers very professional; costumes colorful. Prior to show, a trio performed, musically & vocals, extremely good.
I came away with a full stomach, and enriched with the performances; oh what a night.

This show was better many years ago when I first saw it.
Their should be a podium so also persons in the back can see the dances properly.
Er should be a narrative which dances are from which region.

We all enjoyed this tour. The tourist guide and driver are very professional and on time. There are quite a selection of food but they’re not very tasty. I think there was a sign that we will have to pay extra for the leftovers on our plate and I tried to diligently finish it even though I didn’t like it.

There was a good selection of food at the buffet. The cultural dance was done well and the dancers were well rehearsed. The music was performed on traditional instruments, which was a different type of sound but was found to be interesting. Highly recommend for visitors that are not familiar with Filipino culture to attend.

It was a really nice night and a Great way to experience and learn a little about Philippine Culture! They escorted us to the restaurant and provided a buffet of top notch Culinary foods. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative!

For many years I havent seen the area. I recollect the days I was in college regarding history of Philippines. I was so proud to take my daughter and Fiance around the country. I love it.

The dinner and show was excellent. My kids and niece enjoyed learning more about their heritage. Carmen our tour guide and Ariel our driver were very hospitable as well. Carmen gave an overview of the places we passed and the history. She was awesome. Thank you very much.

The dances and costumes superbly demonstrated the diversity of Filipino culture. Truly very nice! We liked the bamboo dances the best for the rhythms and complexity. The audience/diners that night were all on our feet applauding most of the routines. And the musicians? They were fantastic! Not only were they superior on their stringed instruments, but when they moved to the native and innovative! percussion instruments, we were blown away. The dinner buffet, though offering fewer selections that other larger restaurants', was nevertheless delicious and sufficient for our palates. The porchetta with the crispiest skin ever was exceptional!

The experience of seeing this show, meals served, location, pick up and drop off combined with knowledge of Manila from our host was just brilliant. We really enjoyed our night out and pricing was good value.
Thanks to all concerned

Dinner was not great but show was entertaining. Traffic was real bad on a Friday night while trying to get from one end of Manila to the other. Lots of patience needed!! :

Don't book this tour. Go to the Barbara restaurant at 6-7pm yourself. It will be 1/4 the price and the EXACT SAME dinner/activities.
The food is way too salty, but the performance was good!
Evelyn_W, Oct 2016
The evening began with delicious food in a spanish style resturant, Barbaras. The atmosphere was delightful and the food delicious. Every need was met with our waiters. Then the show began and we enjoyed a variety of performances from the spanish period to classical Philippines with almost Balanese type costuming, to gamalan and bamboo pole dancing. Initially we began with flamenco guitars and cello. Loved this evening totally. Lots of tourists there but it did not matter. Went out into the courtyard and took some beautiful photos.

This made for a nice first tour of the Philippines for us. The Driver was friendly and the Guide was very informative. Before heading to the dinner/show, they took us to a couple of noteworthy spots in Manila, including to a stunning rooftop view of the city which was amazing. The dinner was good and the show as very enjoyable. The lead/MC was a fabulous and memorable entertainer. I'm still talking about him three days after returning home to the U.S. If there was any negatives, the layout of the restaurant had some obstructed views. The attendees who sat along the sides and in the back frequently had their views blocked. Otherwise, I would recommend this tour/show.
Jocelyn K, Feb 2016
Great night, well done presentation. I wish they wont sit people in the front of the table so we could get a good view of the dances
Karen W, Aug 2015
The cultural dance show is worth visiting, colorful and well prepared though, the image photo
on the internet is not identical with Barbara's restaurant. I would rate the prepared Dinner
Buffet rather average, also once I saw the low price which I compared with our price
asked from the organizer. The pick-up from the Hotel and drop-off was also very fine.
Joe M, Feb 2015
Very knowledgeable tourguide and entertaining dancing. Food was ok.
Steven K, Dec 2014
Everyone enjoyed the food and the show. The tour guide was well knowledgeable about Manila and she explained many of the site while traveling to the show.
yvo c, Feb 2013
the experience was great but once again and this is typical for the hilippines I paid to much because I am a westener. My philippino bf got working and investigated if we would have booked locally through the pinoi connections we would have paid far less but that is the philipines all over.
