Nice guide but certainly not worth the price for this tour. You are best do the Intramuros on your own as you only do a small part with that tour.

Arsen was so knowledgeable about Fort Santiago - we learned so much from him about the history of the area and Manila's history of occupation and independence. The tour of Intramuros was great - just enough to get a feel for it without being overwhelmed.

My tour guide, Victor, was very knowledgeable and gave me a great overview of the history of the Philippines. I thought this was a great tour with just the right amount of historical sites and walking. Victor helped me take a lot of photos which was much appreciated since I was traveling solo. We even took a short coffee break. My driver, Ian, was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this half day tour (approx 3 hours time which was just right for me).

This is a basic tour and takes the first-time visitor to Intramuros and gives a simple overview. Our guide Arson, was very sweet and knowledgeable, and we liked him a lot. We skipped the "souvenir shop stop" and moved quickly along at the Lego Stop - as these were not of interest. The video shown at the begining was very basic and last filmed in 2011 and it shows. As I say, we loved our guide, but the tour was fairly simplistic and would suggest that if you want to learn more, you may want to book something a littel more in-depth. Also having to wait nearly 25 minutes for the driver to find us due to "traffic" at the end was a little off-putting - suggest they need to call the driver when we are 15 minutes to finished!

The driver was on time, and even early. He was an expert navigating around the traffic of Manila. Our tour guide, Arson, was so knowledgeable and very friendly and accommodating. He readily took pictures and answered our questions. He even helped hold our baby while we explored. Fantastic tour guide.

It's mostly walking and a lot of standing around. We thought it was going to be a driving tour. We waited nearly an hour to be picked up and finished by 1130. So, a 4 hour tour was actually only 2.5 hours.

I wasnt informed that i could visit the casa and baluarte venue. I understand i need to pay for entrance fee for both but this should be noted on the offered trip. For foreign individual we wont know Mandatory house keeping days for Museum which is Monday. Poor transparency and honesty.

The communication was good and fast. We learnt a lot in just a half day. Our guide Arsen was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history. It was a great value for the money and a very good way to learn more about the history and culture before heading off to other islands.

We really enjoyed the tour as our guide Arson was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciate his patience and not rushing us as we had some with mobility issues. This is a must do tour. If you are like me and rarely explore on your own during work trips but know you had better cover the basics while in Manila this tour is great.
Knowledgeable tour guide that both knows their history but all the short cutes in lines perfect!
Tour lasted about 2 hours with an hour ride from the airport area and an hour back so I was able to keep a schedule

Our tour guide Teresita was very nice, but the tour wasn't 4 hours as described. Many of the sites were closed that were on the itinerary, including the Saint Agustin church and Casa Manila. If they're closed on Mondays, why didn't they plan alternative sites? I also told the company when I booked, and then told Teresita that we were seeing Fort Santiago on Saturday so would like an alternative. The company didn't tell her that. We ended up walking around the intramuros walls for over an hour at the end, which wasn't that interesting.
She said had another client booked and tried to leave us about 10:50, but the tour was supposed to end at noon! She ended up staying a little longer and helped us find a souvenir shop.
I feel bad writing a negative review, but the experience simply wasn't worth the time and money. I do not recommend this company.

To clarify, San Agustin Church is open on Mondays and was visitable during your tour, while the San Agustin Museum is closed on Mondays and is not part of the standard itinerary. We do, however, offer the museum as an optional visit when it is open.
When attractions are unavailable, we provide alternative sites and experiences within Intramuros, such as heritage walks along the walls and other historical landmarks, to ensure guests still enjoy the cultural and historical experience. Please note that for this tour, we cannot accommodate requests outside the Intramuros zone, as it affects scheduling and logistics for other guests.
The 4-hour tour includes travel time from and back to the hotel, and the itinerary was followed as published. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve communication and guest experience.

The tour guide gave a very good account of the Intramuros and key buildings such as fort and churches. The pace of the tour was right speed and not too fast. Her knowledge of the key events and people was superb. She answers all my questions and tailored the tour for my interests. I high recommend!

I booked this personal tour as my 80+ year old parents were with us. And it was perfect. The night before, I got a message from the company that included the name of the driver and a phone number. A driver picked us up from the hotel (Hilton/Newport) on-time and he drove us to Intramuros. We noticed that he drove carefully and below the speed limit - which was appreciated. Our guide met us at Intramuros (Arsen) and he was amazing. Full of knowledge and passion with a good sense of humor. We never felt rushed and he was accommodating to my mom, who has limited mobility. We took a really nice horse drawn carriage (optional 1,000 Php) that was perfect for my mom, with Arsen pointing out all the details of what we were passing. We arrived back at the hotel safely and on-time.

My driver was very friendly and professional. My guide was extremely knowledgeable about the Intramuros. They were able to tell me all about the history and also share lived experiences from their family at that time. Having Filipino ancestry, learning this history was extremely important to me, so I am glad to have gone.

Our driver, Arbie, and tour guide, Victor, were both wonderful. We appreciated the hotel pickup and drop off. We learned a lot and enjoyed seeing Intramuros. This was a good overview of the history of the area. My mom has some difficulty walking and Victor was very accommodating.

Great tour of the city with excellent driving and no traffic. Had the best tour with Armen to the city and the Intramuros. Armen knows Manila and is one of the brightest and most knowledgeable guides.

The driver picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel that was outside the area that group tours served. Arsen, our guide met us near the entrance to the Intramuros. He was very knowledgeable and his English was perfect. He was very considerate of our need to sit periodically to rest our knees. It was well worth the extra cost to have the tour adapted for us.
