Scam tour

Be careful of scam. They will tell you that you can reach Pagsanjan fall, but you can’t. Our tour was so short because of heavy rainfall. I confirmed with the tour guide and they stated we would be able to reach the falls the day prior. I HAD TO MESSAGE THEM. They did not even give us a confirmation. We drove for 3 hours there and then we were told there that they could not guide us to the falls because of the water levels. We would have cancelled it and got a refund if we knew. They did not give us a heads up. How is it a PAGSANJAN falls tour and we don’t even see PAGSANJAN? This was the worst tour we have ever been. I don’t recommend and if you go please check if you can reach the falls. They might lie to you then. I tried to get a refund, but they declined it. I am charging it back on my credit card. Worst tour ever. A scam.

When the tour was confirmed, both the weather conditions and the guidance from our local team indicated that it was safe to proceed with the trip to the falls. Unfortunately, the weather changed unexpectedly the next day, and for your safety, we had to cancel that portion of the tour. We hope you understand that weather conditions are beyond anyone’s control, and we will always prioritize your well-being over forcing an activity that may put anyone at risk. Because the services and activities that were safe to proceed were already delivered, we are unable to issue a refund for those completed portions. Our agency and our guides work hard to offer not just tours, but experiences rooted in courtesy, and professionalism. We genuinely hope we can continue this discussion with the same level of kindness and respect that we uphold. Tour operator never turned up.

All organized night before with tour operator including pickup time and location. Operator wanted to make it a cash transaction instead of working through Viator which we declined. Operator never arrived and never contacted us. Tried whatsapping and phoning … no response until after we complained to Viator. Still waiting for a refund. Ruined one day of our vacation.
