Very happy with the tour, very unhappy with Viator

The trip in itself was absolutely great - horses are very well taken care off, skillful guide, beautiful tour, ... however, turns out the same trip is also offered through another platform for 95 EUR whereas I paid 165 EUR through Viator. And I checked, the actual organisation does not receive more for it, so this all goes to the partners / viator. I launched a complaint and a request for refund matching the regular price for the tour, but never received any feedback ...

Hello Kathleen, we offer the tour through viator with that price, you accepted it when you booked the service. Obviuosly there are many other marketplaces that offer the same tour with different prices and if you book directly with the local supplier you will find a better price, but we cannot process any type of refund. Horses very polite, trail was beautiful and staff very helpful! Grooming the horses before the ride really helped us get back into working with the horse as I hadnt ridden in a while. Would definitely go again!
