We went online and see quite a few options available, but decided on Quad Mallorca, and we are glad we did, you couldn't meet a nicer owner and guide in Eckbert. 2hr morning ride through the quiet back tracks and into Sant Elm for a coffee stop, small excursions of up to 5 riders although on this morning ride at 0900 it was just me the wife and the 15 year old who jumped on the back of my quad. If you want a more personal chilled out ride then go for Quad Mallorca. 10/10 in our opinion.

Bad communication

We booked a tour for myself and a friend. We later realised It wasn't clearly labeled weather you require a full drivers license to do the tour or not(In places like Morocco you do not need a license to drive a quad bike) as one of us only had a provisional drivers license. So we called Viator first thing in the morning, the staff member called the tour operator to try and get information on whether this is fine or not. After a long wait he finally got through to the tour operator, but instead of answering our quick question about the license, the Viator staff member informed us that the operator couldn't answer the question as he was about to go out on a tour. A simple yes or no would have sorted this mess. Instead the Viator agent told us that they will email the tour guide and get them to reply to our question via email. Nothing happened after that so I managed to find the tour operators number and eventually was able to get a response near the end of the day even though our tour was happening tomorrow. They informed yes we do both need licenses so we had to then try and get a refund. They insisted on no refund, but eventually agreed to 50% refund. It is very unfair that we didn't get our money back even though the fault lays with Viator and the travel guide for the poor communication. If they just answered the question straight away and said yes or no, we would have instantly cancelled the booking as it would have been over 24 hours. The only reason it was under 24 hours is because we were waiting for a response from either Viator or the booking agent, but they were very slow and hard to communicate to. Will never use Viator again and not recommend this tour.
