The cave tour was not only beautiful, but also very adventurous! There were times where we squeezed in tighter spaces, climbed large rocks, and even slid down the rocks! It was very fun for ambitious people! Both of our tour guides were amazing and helpful despite us staying so far away from the location! We got to jump from a small 3 meter cliff (optional) before swimming in the water. I would highly recommend, I would even fly back to Mallorca to do this cave tour again!

incredible tour of the sea caves! Patrick was a great guide and got us all the way through. this does require a pretty substantial amount of swimming, and the waves were rough when we went. it was a really cool experience and overall would recommend

Our guise was Facundo, he was the safest, nicest, and most experienced tour guide we’ve had. Very amicable. Safety and fun were his main concerns.

One of the coolest and craziest things we’ve ever done. Lluc was a wonderful guide, patient, kind and funny, with detailed explanations of the cave’s wonders. Grateful to have had the opportunity to experience this with our family.

Our guide was Nico. Make sure that before booking you will need to walk 45 minutes to reach the coast and swim 20 minutes to reach the cave (same to return). Having said that it is just a beautiful experience! Nico was so nice to take care of my friend’s needs. He made us feel very safe and was patient, polite and courteous. The feeling you get when you go in and when you swim in the lakes is mesmerizing. The stalagmites and stalactites were unbelievable! We were lucky to be a in small group (which everyone was super kind) and on top of that we were the only group in the cave! This activity is a must! You will not be disappointed! And extra bonus if you get Nico as your guide.

Maybe a little more challenging than advertised but the effort is well worth it. Guide and experience were simply spectacular.

If you're considering the sea caving tour at Cova de Coloms with Experience Mallorca, stop thinking and book it. This was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life, and Patrick was the reason it went from amazing to absolutely unforgettable.
Patrick is the most energetic, passionate, and charismatic guide I've ever encountered. He's a genuine character whose entire focus seems to be making sure every single guest has the greatest adventure of their life—and somehow, he delivers. From the moment we met him, his enthusiasm was infectious and his love for the experience was impossible to miss.
Don't mistake his happy-go-lucky personality for a lack of professionalism. Patrick takes safety seriously and expertly balances fun, excitement, and risk management throughout the entire tour. You always feel looked after, even while doing things that make you feel like you're starring in your own adventure film.
The experience itself is beyond description. After cliff jumping into the Mediterranean and swimming several hundred yards along the coast, you enter what can only be described as a prehistoric lost world. Deep inside the cave system are surreal chambers filled with towering stalactites and stalagmites more than 50 million years old, along with crystal-clear freshwater lakes that seem almost mythical. It feels less like a tour and more like discovering a hidden realm that few people on Earth will ever see.
What made it even more special was Patrick's attention to detail. Before our small group arrived, he had gone ahead and positioned extra lights around some of the underground lakes, creating spectacular reflections and illuminating the caverns in a way that felt magical. It was one of those rare moments where reality looks better than any photograph.
This is a true bucket-list experience—except it wasn't even on my bucket list because I didn't know something this incredible existed. Anyone with moderate fitness and a sense of adventure should do this tour. It was an absolute privilege to witness such natural wonders, and Patrick made the entire journey unforgettable.
Thank you, Patrick, for an experience I'll be talking about for the rest of my life.

I don’t usually leave reviews but don’t want to pass on this opportunity. Today’s Sea Cave tour was nothing short of amazing!! Our guide, Patrick, made it even better! He was energetic, spoke perfect english and went out of his way to make sure everyone in the group had a great time. There is a 30 minute walk/hike to the cave that isn’t too difficult. The cave was awesome and Patrick even made sure we had time to cliff jump (for those who were even more adventurous) from over 7 meters! He was more than happy to take our photos/videos and gave a great narration of the caves as we swam through. The tour provided all of the equipment you needed including swim suits/shoes, life vests and helmets. Can’t say enough about the experience and our guide Patrick! A must do while you visit. Will definitely repeat next time me make it here!

It is a magnificent expiwnce for adventures. Our guide Nico was excellent and there are not enough space here to suscribe his great qualities. Thank you so much Nico.

Honestly, this was easily the best thing I did in Mallorca. There’s a solid 30-40 minute hike to get there, but the view at the end makes you forget about the sweat. For the water entry, you can either be brave and cliff jump or just walk in from the beach.
Then comes the swim to the caves and the only tricky part: getting through the entrance hole. Depending on the sea level and the waves, you might need to time it right or even hold your breath for a second. The guides are great, though—they stay on both sides of the entrance to help everyone through safely. Once you’re inside, the views and the lakes are incredible. Swimming in those underground lakes felt like being on another planet. If you’re thinking about it, just do it.

We had an absolutely incredible time on our cave tour with Patrick! From start to finish, everything was so well organized. The price was fair, the gear they provided was in good shape, and most importantly, we always felt completely safe. We were visiting Mallorca on a cruise and managed to fit this tour into our port day. Our ship arrived an hour late, but the team adjusted the start time so we wouldn’t miss out. The pickup was scheduled just outside the exit from the port and the ride over was comfortable. Huge thanks to Patrick and the whole Experience Mallorca crew for such a memorable day. We highly recommend booking with them!

Fantastic experience, cannot recommend enough. Was in Palma for one day on a cruise. Picked up from just outside the cruise terminal by our guide. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable . The caves themselves are amazing. The whole experience was so much fun. If you are in town for one day or more and you like being active this is an experience you should not miss. Thank you for a great trip

This is a great adventure, a highlight of my week in Mallorca. A walk/hike, ocean swim, cave exploration and hike back all in one. Guide Jose was great, that guy can park a van in the smallest spaces. This trip is not for the weak though. You do have to walk/hike out to the location, get into a wetsuit (while likely sweaty), swim into the mighty Med toward a cave, then walk and sometimes crawl around in a cave, swim back out, change out of wetsuit and hike back. If you like adventure and are down for a cave exploration, this is a good one. If you aren’t a confident swimmer, it could be a little unnerving to be out there. You can do it, you’ll just need to trust the life jacket will keep you buoyant and you will make your way to the cave. I did bring my waterproof phone cover which was a great idea because the pictures are incredible. They will provide the wetsuit, life jacket, helmet with light and swim shoes. Wear your suit, walking shoes, and bring lots of water, sun screen, a towel, a snack. The hike does have some jagged bushes and plants so long pants are good, but not required.

Wonderful nature at it's best! Patrick was energetic and knowledgable - a delight overall! (only issue: complained a bit much about salary and a few reminders for tips)

This was an incredible experience and something I will remember for the rest of my life. Being able to tour the caves and swim in the crystal clear waters was amazing. Our guide Patrick was incredible and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Patrick was an amazing guide and the tour was fantastic. It was a great experience to explore and swim in a cave.

The best excursion I've ever been on! I absolutely loved this experience. Great itinerary, great guide and great group. You won't be disappointed. Just a warning - you will need to have some level of fitness and good mobility. Includes a 30/40 mins walk to the beach, swim to the mouth of the cave, gentle climbing and mini swimming in colder water in the caves, then swimming and walk back to the van again. Nyara our guide was a pleasure to be around - was calming, fun and full of knowledge. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning wonderful experience. Surreal. But, also very physical: hiking, swimming in open water, climbing. Participants should be aware. But I’m in my 40’s and relatively fit and I would absolutely do it again. I can’t stop talking about it.
Tianne_C, May 2024
Had Patrick as a guide, he went out of his way to make it special and was extremely friendly and helpful. Great trip would 100% recommend. One of the best things I have done
Madison_R, Oct 2023
Very very pretty tour. Wetsuits and lifejackets and helmets were provided. The cliff jump option to get into the water to swim to the opening of the cave was a lot of fun. I would like to emphasize that the tour felt pretty athletic. The walk over to the cave had a lot of loose rocks and the cave itself I feel like I spent a lot of time worried about where to take each step with my foot and where to hold onto and how to maneuver without rolling an ankle. There is only one way through the cave, and to get back out you have to get on your hands and knees and crawl through this tiny short hole before again getting into the water and ducking under the rock ceiling to get back out. Overall, it was beautiful and worth it but I also feel lucky that I made it out without twisting something.

Luis was an excellent guide - gave us a lot of information on the caves and kept us safe. We loved the hike and the swim with life vests to get to the cave (or cliff jump if you wanted to). The getting to the caves was half the fun. Caves had large chambers and we had to climb to get between the chambers and swam in the water inside the caves too. Lots of formations. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Hiking boots were a good idea for the hike and you can safely leave them and your stuff on the beach while you explore the caves. Thank you Luis for a great adventure!

Just a wonderful experience and a very nice guide. The little walk before the swimming was also very nice 😊
Jakub_F, Sep 2023
The attraction is worth every cent you pay for it. It's quite adventurous and includes swimming and walking in a wild sea cave, jumping from a cliff to the water (optional, you can also swim the distance), ducking under the water to enter the cave and more. I highly recommend it and even if you're afraid the guide will help you come through it :)
Adrianna_W, Aug 2023
We could not do the main excursion b/c of tide which is understandable but I think they should message people and offers them possible cancellation since that is the main reason why we went also we were not warned to wear trail hiking boots and wore water shoes which were extremely uncomfortable for the 40 minute hike we went on both ways
Response from Host, Aug 2023
I am sorry that due to waves you were unable to access the main cave, we are not always aware of this before we see the waves at the exact location to be able to access if the entrance and exit is possible. Yesterday another company were trapped in the cave for several hours.
In regards to foot wear we send several emails and it is clear on the information sport shoes must be worn for the 40 minute hike.
I you would like to contact me directly via experience malllorca I am happy to discuss this further
Regards
Tracy

Super intense! Can be a bit scary on a rough weather day. Caves are amazing! Went on a rough day and it was challenging to swim out so we jumped off a cliff!
Emmy_U, Jun 2023
Tour guide Alba was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. The caves itself was beautiful but extremely busy the day we went which we were told was unusual. So there was quite a bit of waiting done to let previous groups finish each section. The walk there was harder than the walk back as there was a small hike and walking through cut bushes. The swim itself to the cave was quite hard and unexpected. The current and waves was strong and was next to cliffs which was a bit scary to try stay away from. Definitely need to be a strong swimmer.
Steven_C, Jun 2023
The caves are amazing! That part of the tour is the highlight. Be prepared for a 40 minute hike, not walk, to get to the beach. Once at the beach, you must swim 200 meters to the cave opening. When we were there, there were too many jellyfish at both the beach and at the cave opening. I got stung 5 times. Not sure that I would do it again. If not for the Jellyfish, I would have given a 4 or 5 rating. The caves are truly amazing, just not worth navigating all the jellyfish. This summer (2023) Mallorca has been invaded by small brownish jellyfish what pack a very painful sting!
Kevin_E, Jun 2023
The cave exploration was a phenomenal experience and I would highly recommend it. The guide (Mario) did a top-notch job and it far removed from high tourist traffic.
Felicia_F, May 2023
Wow! What an amazing experience. Highly recommend this trip for adventure seekers. Loved the opportunity to swim out to the cave and inside is just breathtaking. The cave is large enough that you are not climbing through small places and feeling claustrophobic. However, the hiking was a bit slow for us but understandable that others may not be as quick. The guide was great but she could have been a little more interactive during the hike. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and this is a “MUST TRY” during your stay in Mallorca.
Andreea_O, May 2023
This was the most adventurous experience that I have partaken in. It had everything, hike, swim and cave exploring. It was truly a magical experience inside. 1000% recommend, our guide José was amazing
