The tour was really good. Hayden and Maisey were great on the boat. I enjoyed seeing the island from the water. The tour says caves, but we didn't go into any caves. The boat stopped on the outside of one. I was hoping we could swim in, but we didn't. As we were sitting there a smaller boat went in, so I know it was possible to swim in. Our boat could NOT go in. It's too big. The snorkeling was ok, but not a lot of fish to see. I travel to a lot of islands, so maybe my expectations were too high. I would say I only saw 10 fish. Again, I don't want to be too negative. The water was beautiful. I had fun, but I did expect more.

Great meeting new people with it being a small group, however we didn’t get to leave the bay. Captain didn’t explain as to why so was a huge let down in terms of getting to see the island!

Thank you for your feedback. As explained twice — before your arrival and again by the captain at the side of the boat — all guests were given three options:
Full refund
Reschedule for calmer conditions outside the bay
Continue with a 3-hour excursion in the bay with a 25% refund
You chose to continue in the bay, fully aware of the limitations. Safety and guest comfort were our priority. Other guests on the same trip recently left 5-star reviews enjoying the experience.

The boat was rundown. It lacked seating options for passengers. Our seats on the upper deck were plastic lawn chairs on the deck that slidi around on the deck with the waves. The safety railing was broken and was not very sturdy. The weather was iffy and they took us out anyway. Had bad weather. No swimming, snorkeling, no paddle boarding.for us. A bumpy ride on a crappy boat. The crew was ok however. Don’t recommend this one I’m afraid.

Thank you for leaving a review. I’d like to clarify a few things about your trip.
Our boat is very popular with guests, and we receive constant positive feedback about it. As well as sturdy chairs, we also provide marine-cushioned seating both on the flybridge and across the bow, giving everyone plenty of choice as to where they’d like to sit and enjoy the views.
Before your cruise began, we explained that because of the sea conditions we would not be able to go past Alcanada Island. Instead, we offered all guests three options:
to join an alternative sheltered route inside the bay (with a discount),
to reschedule for another day, or
to receive a full refund.
You chose to join the alternative route, and I’d like to stress that we would never go out in unsafe conditions. The safety and comfort of our guests is always our top priority.
While the weather meant some activities weren’t possible that day, we are extremely proud of our crew, who consistently receive glowing feedback for their professionalism and care.

Absolute waste of time and money. First, no safety brief before the boat left. Took an hour to the snorkeling spot, and it was a complete joke. No fish, no visibility. No one manning the ladder to help people back on. The ladder was small and below standards. The caves were a total joke. What caves? And a slow ride back with sub standard tapas served.
Everyone else on the boat was very disappointed. Should have laid by the pool at my hotel.
Disappointed in Viator for suggesting this group. Again, a big waste!

A full safety briefing is always given before departure, as required by maritime law, and our safety equipment complies with all regulations. Our crew is trained to assist passengers at every stage, including getting back on board.
Visibility and marine life naturally vary depending on conditions on the day. Most of our guests enjoy this stop very much. In fact, the review immediately before yours – from the exact same trip – was a 5-star rating, describing the excursion as excellent.
The caves are exactly as described in our itinerary, and the tapas we serve consistently receive positive feedback. While it’s unfortunate you did not enjoy the experience, it is clear from the other guests’ feedback that your opinion was not shared by everyone on board.
We take all feedback seriously, but we also believe it’s important to correct inaccurate or misleading claims.

We all enjoyed the boat ride and snorkeling but were disappointed that we were unable to do the cave part which is why I gave it a 4 stars. Read tapas were served a little later and stop for lunch prior to bordering. Took a lot of asking to find out where/ which boat it was as there were no signs. It was one of the first slips in number 7 marina on the left. Captain did offer a refund and am waiting for that to post due to wind conditions and not being able to do the caves or reschedule. Drinks were plenty and tapas tasty. There were total of 12 and did not feel crowded. Boat is older but got the job done. Captain and staff both pleasant but don’t expect any additional history on the area.

It was a nice tour, very exclusive as per small group. Drinks were available during all the tour and the tapas, that was a kind of disappointment, were served in the last stop. The crew should explain better each one of the stop.

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, smooth ride, beautiful stops, perfect group size (12), good light snack offerings and beverages. Importantly, we left earlier than other tours and we leaving the stops just as the masses descended upon them! Also, since it was so hot, it is important that there was ample shade to hide from the very intense sun. My adult children loved that they supplied paddle birds, noodles, etc.

This was a really great excursion. Sun, boating, snacks, snorkeling, etc. My family loved it. Take the 9am before the sea becomes too busy with other boats. This boat was a good size and had shade.

A wonderful morning out at sea on a boat with seven others..
The boat can only take 12 out at a time and this made it feel chiller and relaxed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and we made friends with a group of Americans who were the nicest people.
Our drinks were constantly being topped up and the captain and crew member Victor were so friendly and welcoming.
I have two teenage daughters who can be socially awkward hahaha, and even they enjoyed it and socialised..
The scenery was amazing, the boat went into a cave and the water was a stunning blue.
Lunch was a beautiful spread of tapas..
There are paddles boats, snorkelling equipment and noodles for the not so confident.

Absolutely wonderful!! We loved this excursion The snorkeling was great. The Captain and first mate did a great job of taking care of us, good food and beautiful scenery. Only 10 -12 people on the trip. We felt like we were on our own boat. Highly recommend!

This boat trip had spectacular views of the sea caves and Mallorca coastline. The captain and crew were friendly and there were plenty of food and drinks. The swimming spot was beautiful, unfortunately I was hit by a fish there. While that is out of control of the boat crew I don’t think it was helpful to the situation that the boat crew were feeding the fish as swimmers were getting into the water.

We had an awesome time! Staff(wife & husband) are delightful. Max 12 customers keeps it intimate and comfortable. The boat was clean and well maintained. The buffet was delicious and the captain took us to beautiful spots alone the coast. The swimming was refreshing and fun.
If you’re looking for a “booze cruise“ not your trip.
I would recommend! Made our family holiday complete!!

The captain and the other two people on the boat were incredibly friendly. They were extremely helpful and kind. Not only was the boat tour gorgeous, but they were prompt with serving drinks and the food was great! All around amazing experience.

The boat showed up late, then the crew had to do some cleaning before we could get on. The crew barely spoke to any of us. We went to the first stop which was beautiful but then we headed back towards the port and made a quick stop. We all smelt smoke but the captain didn’t bother to say anything. The boat had stopped working but the crew didn’t inform us of anything. We had something to eat in this location then headed back to the port as the excursion was over. We didn’t end up seeing the locations that were promised. Nothing was offered as a refund or credit.

Occasionally, a slight delay (around 10 minutes) can occur if a customer from a prior trip is running late, and we do our best to avoid anyone missing out. However, we never intentionally delay a trip.
After checking with the crew from that day, we confirmed the trip ran as scheduled. The first stop was Coll Baix, followed by Alcanada for lunch. Fantastic trip. Would highly recommend to vacationers in Mallorca. We enjoyed the beautiful water and cost line, had some good drinks, met some interesting new people; and had a great time. Even the snack food was actually really good. Joel and Celso were great hosts and took great care of us.

Mike & his crew mate were very polite and informative. The trip was very relaxing. We loved the fact that we had the entire boat to ourselves plus 2 other companions from Madrid.
We swam & snooped at a secluded beach area with clear saphire colour waters.

It was okay, but the sales description states that you go to 3 places. You don’t , you go to one beach, then park on a headland on the way back. There is no third stop so it’s a bit disappointing in that respect. Crew were ok and snacks pretty basic but ok. All in all probably just a bit overpriced.
