It was awesome to arrive at Cabo’s airport and have our driver waiting on us. He was very sweet and attentive. Provided us with nice cold drinks and recommended us to several local areas! I definitely recommend to everyone!

They were a little hard to find when we arrived but otherwise seamless experience! They were prompt with pick up at our resort as well
And kept in communication to confirm time and pick up. Will use again if we are in Cabo in the future.

My family had travelled for 15 hours, so we were really tired when we showed up. I was communicating regularly with the office because our flights were changed. I was expecting someone waiting for us with a sign and there was no one, others who were trying to help us locate the company and they had never heard of them. Eventually I emailed and they told me to wait under the #10 sign but no one was there. Eventually someone pulled up and Victor was very kind. We were not offered any beverages but it was a very short trip.
I paid more for this service because I wanted to have a great welcome experience for my family… this wasn’t it. But they got us safely from point A to point B and Victor was nice.

Great transportation for our party of 10. They were waiting for us when we arrived, we had to wait a little for the van to show up- enough time to grab a drink from the outside bar. Driver arrived a few minutes early to our resort for our return trip and got us to the airport in plenty of time to check in and get through security. Rate was round trip which we thought was VERY affordable.

Upon arrival in Los Cabo Mexico it was late and dark, my family couldn’t find our driver who was supposed to be standing by the #10 sign. We had to ask other companies for help and eventually found him standing off to the side talking to someone. After arrival at the resort the driver never provided me with any departure information. He just dropped us off and left. A few days prior to our departure I contact Viator on a number of occasions as well as my travel agent contacted them as well to get confirmation of our departure time. Each time, the response received was that they were trying to get hold of the local agent. On my departure day, I received no confirmation of my pick-up, my driver never showed and my family needed up having the resort call us a cab which we had to pay for. What was the point of prepaying for a a private car service when they don’t even show up. This was the worst travel transportation experience.

That they were not at the airport when we got there , we waited in the hot sun looking for someone holding a sign up with our name on it for over 45 minutes. They told us not to give anyone our information. That they would be at a certain umbrella and someone would be holding a sign with our name on it. No one was there to take us we had to find other transportation. P.s it was already pre paid. And then had to pay someone else to take us to the resort.

I booked through Viator for a private SUV transfer in Cabo for my pregnant wife and I. When I arrived in Cabo, the shuttle service didn’t have my reservation. When I called Viator, they were extremely rude and made it as if it was a mistake. I booked 48hrs in advance and paid $180 up front. They refused to rectify the situation by providing another vehicle. Instead my wife was out in the heat and I had to pay $70 for a packed taxi. NEVER AGAIN!

Viator was so helpful! A representative contacted George who was originally just doing airport transfers from the airport to hotels. My friends and I needed transportation at the last minute from our airbnb to the airport. George agreed to pick us up. George was very professional and got us to the airport on time!!!! I would definitely recommend using this private transfer!

Actually, we are always there our fleet being so large the SJD International airport will not allow us to enter the parking area until you are actually there under the umbrella 10 due to airport policies, we take up all the parking :(
