You hooked us up with Terramar shuttle company. They were very friendly going to the resort. We contacted the rep Sebastian when we got to the hotel for the return. He told us they would pick us up at 9:25 2/14. He even arranged a wheel chair for my brother in law who can't walk. We waited until 9:45 and the bellman went and got him. He said someone changed our pickup to 10:25 without telling us.
He arranged a taxi which he said we would be reimbursed for and we would get a refund for the shuttle that didn't come.
They barely made their flight and my sister in law was stressed out.
I would like a refund of the shutlle cost and reimbursed for the taxi. I have copy of the taxi receipt. Who do I contact?

Excellent service once you locate them. Suggest you get clear instructions on the name of the ride service. Once clear avoid everyone in the airport. Go outside, to the # location provided and find the ride service name provided. This will avoid much confusion and the heat. Everyone in the airport is a distraction and trying to sell you something.

The start was a little rocky, when I went to indicated spot they did not had my reservation. They had to call and figure it out it took 30 min , however after that the service provided was very good. Comfortable and efficient ride! This is booked as a shared shuttle but we only shared the SUV with another couple for one leg of our trip. Our return to the airport on departure day was "private". Great value for 2 travelers to get from SJD to a resort in Cabo without needing to rent a car.

Martin was waiting outside the airport at the location exactly as described. Although it took longer for us to go through the customs, he waited for us. Very responsible. He also gave us very clear instructions as to return transportation from hotel to airport. The driver was also very kind and introduced us to the surroundings as we went. Would highly recommend this service.

The pick up at the airport was super easy! The person waiting outside is wearing a yellow shirt but I expected a brighter yellow, the shirt is a dress shirt and a light yellow so we didn’t even notice him until we read the sign. Other than that it was super easy. Both Martin and Alejandro, the driver were very nice and professional.
