Very easy to spot the yellow shirts as the directions said as well as the placard with our name on it. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Got lucky and we were the only ones going to our area so we got a private transport!

I booked a ride from Cabo airport to San Jose. My cc was charged. At airport I was dented the ride. Had to pay for taxi into town. I was told my zone was incorrect. I updated my reservation. Up to you to charge me the difference. You did not. I was denied transportation. What kind of service is this. I am expecting a refund.

Due to an unexpected flight delay on the day of travel, our arrival time was pushed back by six hours. They were incredibly accommodating and adjusted the pickup time without any additional charge. Their communication was prompt and professional throughout the process. The driver was punctual and courteous despite the late change. Truly outstanding service — highly recommended!

Our flight was an hour late, so we missed our shared shuttle. That was no problem! We had a private vehicle dispatched for us in no time and were in air conditioned comfort 10 minutes after. Avoid talking to people in the airport. Just go to the umbrellas outside the airport to find your driver.

The driver dropped us at the wrong Riu, I give him a good tip and he still was not able to check the information of the order, taxi to get there.

I waited about 20 minutes for the van to shuttle me to my hotel. I was the only passenger on the shared shuttle. Van was like new and driver was very polite and helpful.

Finding the correct pick up spot was the only tricky part. Just look for the yellow shirts amongst the sea of shuttle drivers. Once you get one of those guys or gas they’ll get you to the right spot to meet your driver.

No one showed up! I, an elderly woman, traveling alone in a foreign country, was left stranded at the airport. I received no communication from the driver/operator until after I finally found a phone number for Viator to ask where my driver was. The driver finally sent a text stating that they were sorry about the inconvenience. I ended up hiring a taxi for 3x what I pre-paid Viator for. Viator has put a request in for a refund for the amount that I prepaid but maybe they should also give me what I paid the taxi driver.
When I finally arrived at my hotel, my friends said that their ride didn't show up either! They had gone through Viator also but a different operator/driver. It seems that Viator needs to do a better job vetting the independent companies that they contract with.

Unfortunately I booked the wrong date and they were so kind and generous and called in a new driver to pick us up right away. The service was fast, the driver gave us a great history of the area, the car was immaculate. I highly recommend them!!

My flight was late which delayed our time for the shuttle service I reserved. We explained this to the Ceasar at the pick up area and they marked us as a no show. We had zero way to contact them during our flight to let them know. Ceasar just kept saying did you call the travel agent. How could I call when I’m stuck on a plane. I’m sure I’m not the first person to have flights delayed. Ceasar then calls everyone at the “home office” looking to get a shuttle to us. Well after an hour still nothing has been done and we were so over it we just paid another service $70 bucks to take us. I’d like my money back you provided zero service for me. The other guy who we paid said don’t bother scheduling a shuttle just pay when you get here these other places are scams. Please refund me!!!
