Very easy to spot the yellow shirts as the directions said as well as the placard with our name on it. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Got lucky and we were the only ones going to our area so we got a private transport!

Company was great. Good communication prior to arrival. Found them easily at the airport and they were professional and our ride was quick.
I was greeted outside immediately when I exit the airport. Sign used to identify who I was looking for.
Our driver was great. He pointed out a lot of places as we traveled to our hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. With a 45min drive from the airport, he made the time pass quickly. It was very, very hot outside but he made sure the ride was cool and smooth.
It terrible. They would not change the transportation time. Because it was not with him 24 hrs. It was maybe 20 hrs.

Best regards,
Fabulous price, service, timeliness - definitely use for your ride services. Attendant will be waiting for you upon arrival, outside the airport with your name on a sign. A few minutes later your driver arrives. Easy peasy.
It was awesome. Very nice Suburban. Very clean and cool. Just the 2 of us. Nice smooth drive to our hotel.
We were hours delayed due to our flight. I sent a message and they responded immediately with, "Don't worry, we will wait for you". We arrived and a private vehicle picked us up and delivered us promptly to pur location. Easy!
Before taking your ride you will aggressively sell you a time share appointment and con you with$50 dollars cash
The worst service they refuse to provide the services so I have to pay special services to get to my hotel I pay 1500.pesos
The pick up at the airport was fast and efficient. Found the connection with ease, driver was excellent and safe, even looked for short cuts to get us to the hotel as fast and safe as possible.
Super convenient…. I had trouble finding the driver, but was able to locate him via text …it’s nice that they hold up signs identifying themselves
The driver was professional and personable, and the pick up was reasonably smooth. I would use this company again.
I booked a ride from Cabo airport to San Jose. My cc was charged. At airport I was dented the ride. Had to pay for taxi into town. I was told my zone was incorrect. I updated my reservation. Up to you to charge me the difference. You did not. I was denied transportation. What kind of service is this. I am expecting a refund.
Experience was extremely smooth from start to finish, the staff were very proactive in helping in any way they could
Due to an unexpected flight delay on the day of travel, our arrival time was pushed back by six hours. They were incredibly accommodating and adjusted the pickup time without any additional charge. Their communication was prompt and professional throughout the process. The driver was punctual and courteous despite the late change. Truly outstanding service — highly recommended!
Easy to find , great service . Where I was getting dropped off at had a doorbell to enter the building, and the driver waited for them to come let me in.
Our flight was an hour late, so we missed our shared shuttle. That was no problem! We had a private vehicle dispatched for us in no time and were in air conditioned comfort 10 minutes after. Grateful for this company that ensured we arrived at our destination even though we missed our arrival time. Thank you CalypsoTrip!
Avoid talking to people in the airport. Just go to the umbrellas outside the airport to find your driver.
Very comfortable ride.
The driver dropped us at the wrong Riu, I give him a good tip and he still was not able to check the information of the order, taxi to get there.
I waited about 20 minutes for the van to shuttle me to my hotel. I was the only passenger on the shared shuttle. Van was like new and driver was very polite and helpful.
Finding the correct pick up spot was the only tricky part. Just look for the yellow shirts amongst the sea of shuttle drivers. Once you get one of those guys or gas they’ll get you to the right spot to meet your driver.
Organized and professional. Good communication. Price is right. Very pleased. I would fefinitely use them again.
I had the band to myself and the driver was very good.. The vehicle was very clean and air-conditioned. The driveway was very nice as well. Music was at a good level.
I easily found the people at the airport. They where friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them again.
I was told several different places to wait to get the shuttle…All the people that greeted once I got there was very nice. Robert did a very good job.
No one showed up! I, an elderly woman, traveling alone in a foreign country, was left stranded at the airport. I received no communication from the driver/operator until after I finally found a phone number for Viator to ask where my driver was. The driver finally sent a text stating that they were sorry about the inconvenience. I ended up hiring a taxi for 3x what I pre-paid Viator for. Viator has put a request in for a refund for the amount that I prepaid but maybe they should also give me what I paid the taxi driver.
When I finally arrived at my hotel, my friends said that their ride didn't show up either! They had gone through Viator also but a different operator/driver. It seems that Viator needs to do a better job vetting the independent companies that they contract with.
Enrique and Hiram were excellent. Only waited abt 15 min after arriving at airport. Shuttle ride was seamless.
Very easy to spot the yellow shirts as the directions said as well as the placard with our name on it. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Got lucky and we were the only ones going to our area so we got a private transport!
All very smooth. Very comfortable suv and friendly safe driver.
Wait was about 15 minutes at airport pick up point.
Although somewhat pricey, the van was very nice, comfortable, large, and had a good driver with AC working. Worth it to have a ride ready once we got off the airport.
