Exactly as described and even better. Round trip transport was great. Punctual, clean SUVs, and friendly guys. Upon arrival, we had a hiccup with luggage missing and had to work with our airline to find the final piece. Frank and the nice driver not only waited with us for over an hour, Frank went up and helped us talk to United reps to expedite. He even made an effort to help keep my toddler son busy letting him draw in his notebook, etc. Max and Frank’s communication were fantastic. Will be a repeat customer on our next trip to Cabo.

Driver was great! Good communication upon arrival. As warned, you really do need to aggressively move thru the “time share” vendors. They will even claim to be the person you are to meet outside. Thankful to have been warned and have the photo of our driver holding our name sign.
we booked and paid for trop and afterword was sent a text that the hotel required an additional $30 .
I was later told it went to company.
I dont mind paying for a service but I do mind getting charged additional fees after the fact. I would not recommend them for this reason
We had a great ride to our hotel, friendly service. Would definitely recommend using them if you are coming to Cabos
They didn't have the water and sodas as advertised. Off brand of beer. Not very handicapped friendly. Very hard to get in and out of the truck. Then informed of an extra $15.00 charge to drop at the agreed resort. I cancelled the first reservation when I found out about that charge the first time. The second reservation doesn't say anything about the extra charge until you get into the transport when you have no choice but to pay it.

We sincerely regret your dissatisfaction, but the additional tax charges are beyond our control, and all this information is provided at the start of your reservation.
Our goal is always to provide you with the best transportation service, but tax-related costs or extra charges are not up to us.
I was asked for an additional $25 pick up fee. Why wasn’t that just included in the price? It felt like a scam.

We are sorry you feel this way, but the extra charges for arrival or road taxes have nothing to do with our service. You were provided with all the information—including the option to cancel—at the time of booking, yet you chose to proceed with the service. We disagree with this review, as the quality of our service is unrelated to the extra taxes charged; those are government-imposed fees, and it is something one should be aware of before traveling to another country.
Cancelled when I was waiting at airport and then refused to refund for no service. Claimed was in an accident, which I was fine with accidents happen, but after communicating with driver and viator they declined to refund my money, had to charge back with my credit card.

No ac in the vehicle, they claimed to have gotten in an accident prior to picking us up. then they tried to charge us an extra $30 for our hotel location when it says it’s a flat rate of 80. Was supposed to get picked up in a suburban but it was a ford explorer, what really did it was the fact that they tried to play it off like the ac was working before but they knew it wasn’t and they tried to give us 30% off on the extra $30, what is $3 gonna do for me ? The only reason I didn’t go back to the airport was because we had already been driving for 20 mins. I will never use viator again.

Leopoldo, Operations Manager of the company, lied through WhatsApp. I booked through Viator a private car service from the San Jose del Cabo Int Airport at 11:30 am.
While on the plane, I received the following: "The thing is, we have a car available at 1:30pm. If you'd like to wait, we can provide the service. If you decide to go on your own, I can offer you a ride back to the airport."
I have since requested a refund and they have denied such a request. I would NOT recommend this company, and I have escalated such poor business practice to Viator

We regret the inconvenience with your reservation. You made your reservation four hours before your trip; we only accept reservations 24 hours in advance. You requested a refund through the agency, which has already been authorized and processed. We don't understand the negative feedback. Furthermore, you provided incorrect flight information, which is company policy, and the company states that information must be complete and clear 24 hours before the trip.
Now, if your comment is about fighting for a refund that people have already authorized, we don't understand why the negative comment. We wouldn't want abusive customers like you who act on a mistake and want to blame everything on the company.

The pick up was fine. They were on time everything was fine. They told us to get a ride back to the airport give them $100 cash and give them the time. We booked it and they were communicative. But they were unable to accommodate our ride home when flights changed... so we were out $100 cash and had to pay another $80 to get a ride to the airport from the hotel

We booked this company to go straight to our resort and enjoy our time versus taking the shared shuttle that makes multiple stops. Our driver didn't have a sign for us and we stood outside for 40 minutes before he called to tell us he was there. We were already trying to figure out a different way of transportation. Then once we were called he sent us with a third party who he paid to take us. Once in the car he told us we had a $5 balance to pay which was odd since I paid our trip online through Viator. Also, there were no beers as advertised. I will never do this again. It would have been faster, easier and cheaper to uber!

The transportation never showed up nor could the on site contact ever get a precise verification of where the vehicle was. I ended up taking a taxi.

We do not agree with this bad comment since if you reserve at one time and you arrive at another, we are not obliged to have the car ready for you.

It was amazing having your own car other then sharing a ride with others and then taking forever to get to your place when with this he took us straight to our hotel. When I did share they would be dropping off other people at there location and takes longer to get to mine.

Terrible experience. I booked this thinking... it's viator, they must vet the companies. But nope... our flight was actually EARLY and we went straight out to the guy with the sign who was waiting for us. Immediately he tried to upsell us on a return shuttle which was offputting, but fine. I agreed and they would only take CASH which was weird so I said no.
Then he called his young daughter over to talk to us. I guess he wanted a tip for just holding the sign and pointing to our vehicle which was fine & we were going to give him anyway. But it was too much and obnoxious.
Then the worst part... we get IN the vehicle and start driving and the driver calls his "boss" and puts him on speaker phone while he is driving. They proceed to tell us that we "were late" and that they would have to charge us a fee for waiting! I told him we were NOT late, but early and not going to pay any surcharge. I had to argue over & over with him for about 5 minutes until he gave up.
This obnoxious behavior is the exact reason I prebooked this (to avoid this scam behavior). I guess a lot of people just pay extra so they don't have to argue???
Anyway, do NOT book with this company... it was one thing after another. Although the driver was super nice and clearly just in the "middle" of the scam. He was nice and professional the whole time.
I am going back to Cabo and going to use a company that Perplexity recommends which is Caboshuttleservices.com for the round trip. Hopefully they won't pull the same thing.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience suffered but I do not consider that what you say is true, your arrival at a time different from the reserved time and the policies are that there may be a change fee on the same day.
Our airport staff is only trying to help you take the return service because your reservation was only one way but you are free to take the service with whoever you want.
Your comment does not reflect the company we are and the high professional value of our work team.
I called to confirm my hotel was within area that would not get extra charges and day of trip get a text and email to bring cash because my hotel was in an “extra charge area”. Then flight was delayed so I contacted them. I then get text stating bring more cash because there is extra charge for delay as it is outside their hours. I went to site and would have been able to book for that time at same original price and it showed as available time. I called and complained and got a email response that both charges were due to rescheduled time even though the first charge was sent to me two hours prior to plane delayed while it was still showing as on time.

but your flight was not delayed, you changed your flight on the same day of travel, Your original flight arrived at noon and you changed for a flight that arrived at 9:00 pm at night because you missed your connecting flight, not because your flight was canceled. changed them on the same day of travel, they generate extra charges and the area of your hotel did generate an extra charge. If you did not want to pay, you could cancel your reservation and not because of a problem with your airline. Leave a bad comment because we gave you the service, but there are change and cancellation policies like any company.

Airport to hotel was good, once they booked the round trip they sent the ugliest and broken car.. AC was not working and the driver who called himself the reservation manager was extremely disrespectful and asked me and my son to get out of the car.. Never booking with them again and you don’t either.

As our co-worker had explained to you, the car that was on the way for you suffered an accident and we sent a car that we had available at that time for you so that you would not miss your flight and we could provide you with the service.
The car arrived on time but you were thick with complaints that make no sense to me, saying and treating the driver rudely, also requesting a refund that does not apply because you took the car.
People like you, it is not in our company's interest to transport again.
