Had a hotel pickup at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica for ride to airport. Had confirmation and ticket for a 10am pickup. Driver no showed. I text driver and they responded 30 minutes later and said they would be there by 11am. Too late as we would miss our flight. Had to take taxi to airport and it cost $135 (Viator was suppose to cost $85). Tried to contact Viator and it sent me to the local driver which led to no response.

Great airport transfer! While we were waiting to get our luggage, the company texted me on where to meet! They also had a sign with my name on it! I’m so glad that they did because the taxis and groups selling excursions start swarming you. I kept telling them that I needed to go to umbrella #10, and then they would lie and say that they were our transfer. So heads up!
Just walk past them and go outside.
Also, our driver had a cooler with drinks! It was awesome having a few drinks on our way and not having to pay $10 at the airport!

The driver never said anything to us
Then dropped us and all our bags at the wrong hotel
I attempted to contact them immediately and tell them we needed to be picked up and brought to the correct hotel and I received zero response.
I had already given him a tip, assuming we were at the right location.
On top of paying for the ride that was incomplete and incorrect
We then had to pay for another ride to the correct hotel

Although you pay for it through Viator and list your hotel, they then made us pay an additional $20 because they said our hotel was out of the zone.

Your hotel is located in Zone 4 (Pacific area). However, the service purchased through Viator was for Zone 3. Zone 3 includes hotels such as Pueblo Bonito Blanco and Pueblo Bonito Rose.
Since your hotel is in a different zone with a longer driving distance, an additional fee applies. This information is specified in the service zoning policy.
We apologize for any confusion and truly appreciate your understanding.

The service was seamless. Our driver was there waiting for us. The second we came out of the airport and went to the umbrella meeting place. He was very professional friendly spoke good English had water and beer. Drove very carefully was informative couldn’t have asked for more wonderful service recommended Unequivocally.

Once we arrived, we easily found the liaison under the designated umbrella. Within 10 mins the car had arrived, a full sprinter even for our small reservation. There was plenty of AC and free water and beer.
