If your ship has any delay in arriving to el Callao Port, we strongly suggest to notify us 2 days before your arrival, so we can arrange a new pick up time. We also suggest you to keep checking your emails in case the pick up time changes.
If the flight from Cusco to Lima has a delay and suddenly you lost the conection to re-join your ship at San Martin Port 'DO NOT PANIC' all transfer will be cover by us and we will make sure you get on board again in the next port.

This was a bucket list trip. Had only 3 days and two nights from a cruise port layover. JD adventure travels handled all arrangements with a challenging itinerary and complicated transportation needs and connects. We just had to follow and allow our journey to unfold. Olenka our guide for 3 days was amazing, organized and attentive to anyone’s needs. This was a once in a lifetime adventure for us and it was effortless with how organized and prepared this tour was. I highly recommend this company and tour for anyone who wants to see Macchu Picchu in a limited timeframe and not have to deal with the hassle of making arrangements. The hotel, transport and restaurants were first class. Thanks for a memorable time. Plus there is a guarantee to get you back to the ship on time or in an unforeseen event they will get you to the next port. This gave me peace of mind that I would be fully taken care of.

Eduardo was a wonderful tour host. He kept us informed, kept us on time and made sure we enjoyed a full Cusco & Machu Picchu experience. We had a small group of 8 which made the trip move very smoothly. The time spent at Machu Picchu made all of the planes, trains and automobiles so much worth the trip. The only difficulty we had was that it would have been nice to have more details a few days ahead of the trip since Princess was giving us different information about tour operators ability to pickup at the Callou port.
