We understand your disappointment, but please note that during national holidays in Peru, availability is limited and some tours may sell out quickly. In your case, the request came in at the very last minute, during a peak holiday period, and we were unable to accommodate you. While we regret not being able to offer the service, we believe it’s unfair to receive a negative review for a tour that didn’t take place, especially when we acted transparently and processed a full refund.
