fake Luxury expectation

This was advertised as a luxury transport tour, but the experience was far from it. Instead of a smooth, well-coordinated trip, it felt like a DIY journey with multiple transfers between different tour companies. The constant switching was inconvenient, confusing, and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. What stood out most was the lack of care for guests. There didn’t seem to be any real concern for comfort, safety, or whether we were actually enjoying the trip. It felt very disorganized and impersonal, like we were just being handed off from one provider to another. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re expecting a true luxury experience. You’re better off booking elsewhere with a provider that values consistency, communication, and customer care.

We had an amazing time! The day was packed with thrilling adventures, from the stunning Paracas National Reserve to the exhilarating dune buggy rides and sandboarding in Huacachina. The transportation was very comfortable and well organized. If you're looking for an action-packed day with top-notch convenience, this tour is definitely the way to go!
